Interesting. Found an article on the internet mentioning Mr Atkins: CIA re-hired sacked agent after Colombia terrorism claims: report. Not saying that it’s accurate. Just an example how serving in one capacity can conflict when foreign regimes change.
You are out of control and extremely disrespectful……you are the reason a lot of certain videos are deleted….. I’m sure you are an adult as well, imagine someone posting the name of a loved one YOUR of yours for public consumption….. please stop….

@11:05 Anyone else think the 5th guy down, the overweight shirtless guy with the wide jaw and glasses, looks like Jim Jones himself? He decides to leave shortly after that little Jonestown story is told. All fun aside, the glorification of some "spy" or assassin in the CIA is a farce. This alphabet agency, like most of them, is no more "American" than MOSSAD or MI5 or the KGB. You slimeballs serve unseen masters who's desire is to RULE THE WORLD, using our military to assist in the task; you never served "America." May Hell have a special place for you all.
Thank you so very much for compiling this informative video and all the photographs! We didn't move here until 1985, but I remember well many of these places. My daughter went to Coppenbarger for 1st grade, quite a drive away from our house. I loved, and do miss Swartz Restaurant ... and all the bowling alleys!! Many other places too. The architecture of many buildings, incldg. schools were quite beautiful back then, I wonder why many newer businesses are building big square box-style? (I'm thinking about the newer Kreckles buildings for instance)
Your channel just popped up. I thought that book vase was such a cute design but all that paper folding looks difficult to me. I don’t think I am patient enough for this but I envy creative artistic people like you.
Very nice video! My daughter's pen pal in 5th grade(?) was from Dennis School. She attended Durfee at that time. I thought it was a cool aspect that encouraged children to communicate with others their age across town.
What a thoroughly enjoyable presentation! I love reading/hearing about local histories. When we moved to Decatur IL back in 1985 (from Terre Haute and Vincennes Indiana) I wanted to find out as much as possible about Lincoln living here. I was surprised at how many locals didn't seem to know about our 16th President making Macon County his home! A few years ago I started working on my family tree, and spent months reading local histories of the area they moved into as pioneers that broke the earth, and planted crops and built homes from the many trees that covered the land. I've used plat maps extensively, and found that last story fascinating, where they evened out the curves in the Sangamon River! So, the history of a home (If Walls Could Talk tv show) and history of a road and/or a town ... is right up my alley! Thank you for all your effort in making this video!
I lived at 936 W. Macon in the 60's & there were 2 grocery stores across the street from us in a residential area. I think 1 was Meyers Market adress was about 901 W Macon which was a business building & Jacob's Market on the SE corner of Macon & Hayworth about 7 houses from Meyers Market. Jacob's was a 2 story building and Mr & Mrs Jacob's lived upstairs.
