Shigaraki and Izuku are secretly dating, meeting in hotels. One night, Shigaraki admits his plan to start a war against the heroes, which led to them breaking up. After all is said and done, in the present war, Shigaraki thinks back to that moment and how bitterly he regrets it all 😢
In the final fight Izuku sees himself forced to kill Shigaraki, despite being in love with him. Not being capable to deal with the guilt, he takes his own life 😢
