What happens when the Exw incoterm is used and the item delivered is rusted. The seller claims it was in good condition when it left the factory and blames the rust on rain during shipping, the buyer claims the box was not wet when it arrived and therefore the item must've been rusted before going in the box. Is it acceptable for the buyer to request a video of the packing process?

I’m shipping my car and personal belongs, gridiron forwarding company POA states that they can transfer title? What does that mean? Title of my home, car, registered items in my name to them, bank accounts, etc.? That part scares me
If I’m both the producer and exporter but the production plant is located in a different state than the corporate office, can I fill in both fields with the plant address or keep them separate? I believe it should be this but correct me if I’m wrong. Exporter/certifier: corporate office address. Producer: plant address. Is there a legal reason to keep them separate or can they both have the plant’s address?

@@eduestralop thanks, i talked to my international shipping agent, and she said its a nightmare to bring things from mexico if not via air.. and told me to stick to vietnam, taiwan or south africa.. its a shame, so close to US!!! and the labor is super cheap, but Mexicans not organized like Chinese it seems
