They do make some things called gloves ya know? lol The more people hack these things up to make them “my bike” the more the value goes up on the more original version. I’m seeing guys put fat tire kits, tour packs all kind of crazy exhaust, different bars, etc. on a 45K bike and the only thing that stays CVO ST about them is the paint and motor. I just don’t get why folks are treating these limited edition bikes like it’s a standard Road Glide. To each their own and it’s just my opinion.
I just picked up my 24 cvo st today just like your. But I got to get some pipes and bars then at 500 miles I can open her up. How do you like your seat? The one that came on it is Hard I got to change it asap
Did you have your steering shroud painted vivid black cuz normally they are the dull black. I had bought some vivid black with clear coat so plan on taking mine out and painting it. The inner faring is being replaced via dealer including it in the price. Nice bars perhaps down the road I'll change out the bars., just not yet.
How tall are you. I have the same bike and I am 6 feet tall and after changing the seat to a saddleman step up, it pushed me back a little and now I feel that I am reaching for my bars too much. What other parts did you have to get? Bushings? Extensions? Thanks.
Can you do a video on price breakdown, the interest rate on new bikes, monthly payments, and insurance costs? This would help a lot. I heard people were paying 48,000- 50000 OTD.
Clamp installed incorrectly. Look at the gap on left side towards display. There is no gap on right side and a gap on left side. Take to a Harley dealer to install correctly.
I have the Raven Metallic version. I like what you are doing to your ride. Have you figured out what the red accent color is? I have been looking but can't find it anywhere online and the local dealer doesn't know either.
Very nice. I love the exhaust on mine with is similar visually but I have Bassani. Same type of sound but like your better. I have a few videos on RU-vid of it. These sound amazing.
Did they also install the auto tuner? I was told by my dealer I needed to get the tune and the auto tuner when they installed the bassani 2-into-ones on my Lowrider.
For your no start issue, there are 2 technical service bulletins that refer to this issue, update to BCM and ECM. Also there is an update for the hard starting in gear, clutch pulled in. M1632, crank, no start. M1644, BCM hard start in gear, clutch pulled in. Sounds great, sawicki on my CVO st as well!
I absolutely love your videos! My bike only has 400 sum miles since end of January and still stock because I never have time to get it to the shop, so watching your videos is my joy lol I think I’ll order the pipe now but no track mode is a concerning
For whatever it’s worth, a carbon fiber wrap on the front fender is not going to last. Whomever does it, I hope they do it all in one piece so it won’t come off. Also, the HD Switch Back seat upgrade with the red stitching is pretty nice too. I think your saddle man seat lost some padding for you???
The wrap won't last from what I've seen so far. They did use a single piece. I've not sat on the Harley switch back but I like what I seen of it. I disagree with you on padding on the Saddlemen. It has plenty. More than the stock seat for sure.
@@StrickPerformance I found my Boom NO1 headset needed to stay disconnected from the iPhone and my thoughts are if your iPhone is plugged in, you'll keep it charged as well. Your setup to me at least is for when you ride with no communication or want for a helmet which is cool too.
Use a small coating of Vaseline on the gasket. Apply it to the side where it is placed against the light assembly. It will hold it in place long enough to attach the light.
I had that exact issue with the Klock Werks on my 2020 RG. The wind was hitting me right in the ears. Wound up swapping it out for a Memphis Shades on that bike. On the new ‘24 Road Glide CVO ST, I’m running the 10” Harley windshield for now. I’m 5’10”, but sit tall in the saddle. The wind hits near the top of my helmet at highway speeds and a bit around the ears. I also have the 12” HD windshield. It is quite tall and creates a nice “bubble”, but it doesn’t look that great, lol. May use it for touring, but it will be the 10” for now until there are more options.
