Wanted to know because I have a crown Victoria myself, how does it become “cold air” or make use of a cold air intake is the hood is shut? Hot air? Even with no top over the filter the surrounding heat shield wouldn’t heat still be absorbed from the top part?
Seriously good. What's the exhaust setup? From the headers: long/short hi-flow cat/no cat/y-pipe/true dual x-pipe/etc Tell it homie. That sounds too good for just a cat-back.

Wondering how quiet these are with the exhaust valve closed compared to other quieter muffler options like borla proXs or magnaflows? Looking for something with the quietest possible volume , borla pro xs’s were the quietest I’ve found doing testing on my car but still louder than I’d like and would be cool to open up the sound when desired.
I actually think it sounds way better and probably runs better with it coming out the back. Trust me I like loud but I also like a bit of tone. The loudest I'm okay with would be long tubes, off-road x-pipe, no resonators and roush axle backs. Amazing tone and plenty of loudness to it but you can definitely still be tame as long as you are babying it and short-shifting.
