I can't get over all the trash...why wouldn't you try to clean up a small, confined space? Burying trash doesn't get rid of the problem. All that trash is going to leech chemicals and plastics into the groundwater and water system.
You were supposed to draw water first and clean the place of rubbish, then put sand. The amount of sand will be much less, of course, but nevertheless, thank you for your efforts.
So sad that such garbage has accumulated between buildings. Such a public health catastrophe with no government doing anything about preventing this. Burying the toxic slop with soil does not solve the problem. The toxic sludge will leach under those buildings. The stench will continue even if the top is covered with soil as it will soak under the walls of those buildings. Public sewage and garbage services must be provided and funded by the government and a complete public safety and public health system must be supervised by qualified engineers and health inspectors to provide proper and safe drainage and disposal of refuge. What your government is doing is like executing someone but because the person is anxious you put a cardboard box in front of him to calm him down so he cannot see the guys aiming at him with their guns. He is still going to die since the bullets will easily penetrate the cardboard. Burying toxins will not prevent them from leaching through walls and deeper into the ground water poisoning everyone in the near future. Sad to see this happening to your country.

Why do you push the water for all that you are going to have at the end is a lot of water to get rid of and no place for it to go. Push the dirt on top of the water the water will get sucked up by the dirt I think that the way you are doing this job is crazy and ridiculous.
