I'm not sure if I agree with Hercules being number one, but I will say it's a good movie that is often forgotten. I'm not sure why, but when people think of Disney movies, Hercules doesn't often come up.
Yeah, exactly. Hercules is such an underrated gem; it’s my personal favorite from the Disney Renaissance movies. However, I totally understand that it might not be everyone’s favorite Disney Renaissance film, especially since there are so many phenomenal movies from this era.
I can’t believe your actually gaslighting Merida saying “throughout she’s complaining” She’s a 16 year old and her mother is forcing her into marriage without her consent there are a lot reviewers like you saying “she’s selfish and entitled because she doesn’t get what she wants” I don’t care if this is your opinion it’s not ok to frame a character that wants to force a child in a non consensual relationship I hope you never have children in your future she never intended to turn her mom into a bear she just wanted her to change her mind about marriage
Yeah I don't understand the Merida hate I mean everyone hates her character and ranks her low in every video I have seen. I love Merida I don't blame her who wants to be force into something they don't want to do she has every right to complain I don't think she selfish and I definitely do not think she is the worst princess.
What also saddens me is that the part where Elinor threw Meridas bow in the fire that was a gift from her father when she was little and I was like to Elinor “whoever does that to you is not your parent”
Thanks for catching that! You're right, The Little Mermaid is by Hans Christian Andersen, not the Brothers Grimm. I appreciate it! And I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of the video.
The Rescuers Down Under isn't a princess movie or a musical, but it's still my favorite! Miss Bianca is ladylike but strong, Bernard got the girl in the end and Jake is basically mouse Indiana Jones and my first crush. R.I.P. Bob Newhart
9 out of 10 of these are some of the greatest animated films ever made and at least 3 of them are some of the greatest films in cinema history in my opinion anyway
The Disney Renaissance era has so many amazing movies. I don’t hate any of them, but at the end of the day, one of them has to be in last place. For me, that is The Rescuers Down Under. However, I don’t think any of these movies deserve to be in last place. If this were a ranking of all Disney movies, none of the Disney Renaissance era movies would have ended up last.
I guess Sabor was really convenient for the plot. Sabor killed both Tarzan’s parents and Kala’s child, which in a brutal way brings Kala and Tarzan together, making for a really compelling story. The final fight between Sabor and Tarzan was pretty epic, but Sabor barely had any personality.
These are some other villains songs I like that are not Disney. In the Dark of the Night from Anastasia, Toxic Love from Ferngully, Don’t Make Me Laugh from The Pebble and the Penguin 🐧 and How Bad can I Be from The Lorax
8:18 the tugboat, for its size 8:55 wait! That’s basically the plot of Sunshine!!!! Also I wonder if Walt only made the Little Toot short as he somehow got his hands on a certain book that was released 2 years earlier in Britain You know what I’m talking about 🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚂 🚂 🚃🚃🚃🚃 🚂🛺🛺🚋🛺🚐 🚂🏗️🪝🛺💥🚂 Now he’s got a branchline 🚂🚃🚃
God '' this is the thank's i get? '' is awful! Pop music doesn't go at all in a medieval story, the '' Do do do do! '' are annoying, the lyrics are awful and the song is too happy. 1/10. I hate her! Facilier's song and Jafar's reprise of prince ali are excellent! Catchy and have scary ambiance, nice music, fun lyrics. I like them 😊
