I have built my xb8e 19 shocks and the white spacers protrude a mm or 2 from the bottom of the cartridge. I’m not totally happy that they are right. I am Working from a pdf manual and there seems to be updates and conflicting information which white spacers to use. Is it normal to have a small amount poking out?
why in the rc buggy, the shock setting has to be zero rebound, can you explain, even though we know that slow rebound or fast rebound is mostly used for a 1/1 or other rc car
@ty Tessman. have you tested the front lower shock tower (322084) from 2019 on a newer xb2? got one on my xb2-22 and 1.3mm droop limiter in front shocks (2022 version) car feels great and seem to get lower CG as well as better aero as more air hit the top of the window of the body. also it reduces the amount of broken front ends as the tower dont bend and tear in the upper deck during crashes.
Ty, thanks for the pointers. Quick question. I just picked up an 18 xb4 and was wondering if you think the slipper is more versatile than the center diff. Trying to save $75 on not buying a center diff! Thanks man.
Can you make a Video siries where you go through a complete Chassi build and on every Impotent sektion witch is esspacially importent for a good running car or things you upgrade? Would be interesting to see👍
Thank you for these videos brotha, I truely appreciate the knowledge you try and spread. Rooting for you out there at these races bud, I saw you were in that big televised one recently 🤙
I rembee doing this with a small mirror or piece of glass some sand paper and the out drive of said diff rung usually hold it great for 5-20 bucks depending on what you wanna use but hey why not capitalize on rc racers with tools instead of knowledge
