I did not expect the printer "printing" blanks pieces of paper. I called them and customer service told me that my error cannot be corrected and I need to replace my printer. I was like wtf, it is my first time refilling the tanks, than what is the point of buying a more expensive printer to be able to buy less expensive ink to refill tanks if they do not do their purpose anyway? I have to resolve my problem through helpful videos like this to find a solution and save myself 200 plus Canadian dollars cos these customer service reps do not solve anything, they just want you to buy a new printer. so i currently have 2 computers one is a quad core i3 and the other one is a i3 7100 dual core, on the i3 7100 i can use discord, play older titles and watch movies all at the same time with no lag at all, my system is 12gb ddr4 2400mhz, i3 7100, sata 3 ssd, rx 6400 LP SS, also i try windows 11 and for some reason on my dual core system windows 10 works better.
