What is Carb-Loaded? Carb-Loaded is a documentary film that follows the obesity and diabetes epidemic...and the word epidemic is not even a slight exaggeration. A study by The Journal Pediatrics found that the number of children ages 12-19 with pre-diabetes or diabetes increased from 9% in the year 2000 to 23% in 2008. What's behind this massive increase in the diabetic/pre-diabetic population? What is it about our food culture that is driving this horrifying trend? This is the core question being tackled in the film.
The problem with "just eat real food" is that our fruits, grains, and vegetable's have ALL been genetically modified to be sweeter, more colorful, crisper, resistant to insects, etc.etc. Most fruit has the sweetness and effect of a candy bar and should be avoided. The same with corn. Your best bet is to eat meat and fat. You will get amazingly healthy, and rid yourself of most deceases. That is what we evolved to eat. Ох, у меня всю жизнь этот бой🙈 Минимальный вес был 47кг, максимальный 96. Раньше худела для красоты тела. Сейчас осознала, что худеть категорически нельзя. Нужно выстраивать здоровые отношения с едой. Тогда вес начнет естественно и плавно приходить в норму. Этим сейчас занимаюсь примерно полгода. I'm 66 years old. 6 months ago I started experiencing severe high blood sugar every time I ate even moderate amounts of carbs. So, I started a strict keto diet... OMAD Monday to Friday . 2 meals on weekend days. I also did one 36 hour water fast. Within 3 months my pancreas recoverd and the high blood sugar symtoms disappeared completely..
Everything the government suggests or mandates is wrong. Vaks, flooride, food peeramid, the list includes everything they suggested to "help us" (really to virtue signal to stupid new voters). The government can never be factually accurate because they do not get paid off by scientists. They get paid off by lobbyists who aren't working for the good of the citizens. As long as lobbyists exist, the government will be incapable of doing anything that will help the citizens. The politician who takes the money gets elected and round and round until there is no one left with any morals in the government at all.

I'm a medical coder, and all I code is obese patients with heart disease, that started out with diabetes. 99% of the patient I code are diabetic with heart disease. and I see patient that are super young not even in their 40's yet

Humans have eaten fatty red meat for more than 200,000 generations. Man began farming 600 generations ago when the large land mammals became extinct. Man had eaten lots of fatty red meat, some fruit/berries, eggs, insects, grubs, fish, and wild honey up until this point. Processed foods have only been around for 20 generations, and vegetable oils have only been around for 10 generations. While there are lots of people who can eat whole vegetables just fine because we have evolved for 600 generations eating them, none of us have digestive systems that allow us to process processed foods and vegetable oils. Maybe in another 10,000 generations we will have evolved to live off of it but until then it will only make us fat and sick if we eat them/it.
Well I'm not so sure humans will evolve to eat fast food ever. We are kinda able to procreate for longer and more people survive with all these diseases
