Just a headsup but if I'm not mistaken it will take 3 ticks to kill someone at 150 hp, and some of these will mean they have time to defuse if you throw at defuse sound, assuming they stick it? Counted 8+ seconds on several after throw to third tick. So to anyone wanna learn this, learn the ones with shorter flight time first!
