Stretching is going to be huge for you. These workouts are plyometric, great for developing those fast twitch muscles to jump higher. Keep grinding! You’ll get it. 💪🏾
When trying to get to the basket from the wing.. 1st point of attack should be the elbow (free throw line) area! The goal is to attack the middle of the defense (heart of the defense) , that will give you the most options on the court! 👍🏾
Fast breaks.. Also, If you beat your defender and the middle lane is open it’s a quicker angle to lay the ball if the big is on the side or not in the paint. If the big is there then you’re probably doing a floater or creating for teammates! Hope that helped. 💪🏾🏀
I really appreciate that man! Definitely not stopping, weekly videos. 💪🏾 Let me know if there is ever any specific things you’d like to me make a video on! 🏀
When i shoot i subconsciously lean back no matter what . Ive sent videos and looked all over youtube and nobody seems to speak about it . Please do u have a solution
My solution would be to start with your form shooting.. Develop a up and down motion on your shot ending on your tip toes. This should let you see when/why you’re leaning back. After that, add the jump to your shot. Jump forward when shooting! That should help even out any lean back that you have on your shot. 👍🏾 Hope that helps! Good luck!
