On my channel you find mostly videos about my vintage music gear, informative and less informative.Beside that also videos about my record collection, my model scale collection or my Star Wars stuff. The other videos are about certain events.
Hi Jason, so many great albums, a lot of them I have and a lot of them I don't have. Nice Velvet Underground albums, always one of my favorite groups. Wishbone Ash is fantastic. Nice to see the European covers of Rolling Stones Between the Buttons. Echo and the Bunnymen is a great album, very cool. Also like the Sisters of Mercy, but only have their first album, and you have quite a few! The Fall This Nation's Saving Grace is so good, my most played Fall album. Motorhead Rocks! love their song Ace of Spades. Excellent Blue Cheer album. I would like to get some albums by the Outsiders, but their records are very hard to find in the U.S. Very cool MC5 album! You have quite a collection Jason, thanks for showing these great albums. Take Care.
I INFORM YOU THAT I AM NO LONGER A FAN OF NVA! Because a member of them Theo Francken pushed, bended the law to introduce an interview at the Police station when you have married someone (Lady Nathalie) abroad. Result : the visa was refused to my wife. I searched the best lawyer I thought, but he was no good. As the situation in Europe is uncertain, I said to my wife stay there in Africa. We will see what the future brings.
Hi Jason, very nice selection of John Mayall albums, I only have 3 albums by him, which I showed in my blues video. I'll have to check out the live album you showed, looks like it would be good. I have 4 albums by Cream, Disreali Gears is my favorite. The Rolling Stones albums you showed look cool, I love that era of the Stones, when they played a lot of blues songs. I have that Five by Five record, but mine is a seven inch EP. Muddy Waters is so good, the recordings he did with the Rolling Stones are excellent. I should have shown some Jimi Hendrix albums, he was such a great blues guitarist. Ten Years After, another great blues rock band, and Watt is a great album. Thanks for the shout out Jason, I'm glad I could inspire you to make a video! Take care.
Lots of cool records in this video! Some of the records I haven't heard of before. David Bowie Lodger is a good album. I have Bob Dylan's Blood on the Tracks, and I'm looking for Desire. Also looking for Sweet Smoke, cool that you found it in good condition. Zabriskie Point is a cool album to have, great songs by Pink Floyd and the Grateful Dead. Meddle is a good Pink Floyd album. The Vinyl Kitchen seems like a cool record store! Thanks for showing what you got!
Yes it's inside a house, 2 rooms full of vinyls. But the most interesting moment is end ofJune when they do the action "3 vinyls for 10 Euro's (= 10,71 Dollars). Yes that Sweet Smoke I had before and I wanted it again. On the market I saw it for sale for 20 Euros, but I said to myself, I can find that for a better price, and indeed I found it for 7 Euros! Blood on the tracks is also on my wishlist, it's said to be his best album. It's a pleasure to show the records that I found! greetings from Belgium.
Hi Jason, you found a lot of great records! Nice copies of Deep Purple's Burn and Roxy Music Siren. Fresh Cream looks cool, the European covers are so much nicer looking than the U.S. covers. I don't have that Nick Cave album, but I do have his album Kicking Against the Pricks, which is very good. That's a great album by Ultravox, I have all the records by them with John Foxx on vocals. Cool Rolling Stones compilation, good early songs on that one. Also I like the punk rock compilations. The Cure Head on the Door is a fantastic album, and I saw them in 1985 when they toured for that album. Thanks for showing all these cool albums you found!
Yeah all these records where 3 for 10 Euros. I picked 24 reocrds there, so 8x10=80 Euros, and I got a discount of 10 Euros. So all these nice records for only 70 Euros! But I had to wake up very early. This year I was very lucky, last year I was not very lucky. Here you can see why: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-glZJHoe8mKQ.html Nevertheless I could still find some nice records there from Alice Cooper, Jethro Tull, Peter Criss...
This machine is from just after the time when it was cool to overcomplicate things musically ..and in a way prove yourself to the world by showing them that you were intelligent enough to be able to make a tune out of it.
Hi Jason, very nice selection of music in this video! I really like the Velvet Underground LPs and CDs you showed, the VU album is excellent. I am more of a fan of the early Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green than I am of the later years, but yes, Rumours is a great album. The Dead Kennedys is also a favorite of mine, and I have a few of their other albums too. The Virgin Prunes album you showed, I have been looking for that for a long time, but still have not found it. The Jesus and Mary Chain is another of my favorites, and I have most of their albums, I saw them in concert in 1985, and they were so loud, I couldn't make out what songs they were performing. A very enjoyable video Jason, thanks for sharing and take care.
I have a few twins myself! Some releases i have on vinyl, tape, and cd! The Who-Quadrophenia, Who's Next, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, Tomorrow belongs to me, Alice Cooper, Killer, Cabaret Voltaire, The Voice of America & The Covenant, the Sword, and the Arm or the Lord, Ultravox, 1st 3 lps, + Vienna & Rage in Eden, John Foxx, Metamatic plus more...
Very cool singles, nice to see the European sleeves, very different from the U.S. sleeves. I really liked the Kinks and Rolling Stones records you showed. Some of the artists I am unfamiliar with, but cool to see and will be checking out. Great Glam Rock singles from the Sweet and Slade, I also have the Jimi Hendrix Burning of the Midnight Lamp single. I was unaware that you had a channel, so thanks for making me aware of it, and thank you for the shout out, hopefully, I'll get some more European subscribers! Great video Jason, Greetz to you from Ohio, USA👍👍😀
I switched this Dark Side Of The Moon for another one that I bought on the Record Fair in Heist-Op-Den-Berg( check that video here on my channel ). Now I have 2 posters and 2 stickers
Yes a time capsule. I was lucky that a seller gave me 2 years ago a load of singles for free. Those James Brown singles and most of those Slade and Status Quo singles where in that load. Lucky me!
Hi Jason. You picked up some very good albums at the record fair. I would definitely have bought the Vice Squad singles collection. I'm a collector of Peel Sessions albums so The Birthday Party album really interested me. I think Made In Japan is one of the best live albums of all time. Cheers.. Mike
You won't find the video anymore of Black Angel/White Angel because I deleted it here on my channel 4 years ago after Lady Diamantus had let me down. The music of this track you can still find it on my NumberOneMusic-profile.
I put my Blofeld through the MC-303 so I can arp /sequence it. I struggle with most of the original sounds, they're ok, but, dated. I love the drum machine. My MC-101 have overtaken the 303, but I wish some features would have been kept, like the rest period after recording a measure(s) for example.
Thank you very much! Check all my other videos with my winecase modular and I have more than 500 videos here on my channel, so you will be busy to see them all ;-) greetings Jason
The musical build up of "Your Power" you can see it in the previous video I did "Insight 17": ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8c62sxICiAg.html
