Sadly to say he is NOT teaching gospel! His ministry is showmanship motivational sprinkled with a few scriptures taken out of context. I do understand why people are leaving because it is devoid teaching about Christ. A lot of his teaching is about him not Christ. The gospel will leave you with an understanding of Christ. This is really a clown show , if you study the word you would know.
Bottom line, Pastors are not supposed to gossip on the pulpit. There are members aware of who just left and “used to serve there for six years.” It’s inappropriate to be venting to the congregation about another brother/sister in Christ…. Whether he attends to or not, it creates animosity and rumors amongst the people. The righteous way would be to take your feelings to the Lord and even your spouse. Even more so, communicate with to the one you feel has done you wrong.

First comment bingo! 😃 I think that if we take Mike Todd’s ‘side’ on the staff member leaving thing, and they indeed hid the real reason why they left the church behind God telling them to do it, then Todd’s entire reaction to them probably justifies why they never felt comfortable being honest from the start. Imagine being in the audience & watching him shade a former staff member like that with the cameras out… I’d be thinking “I don’t wanna be the next person he air quotes.” 🤷🏽♂️ Good video, nonetheless. ❤

I think you're right on it. The song does seem like it has the right intentions or message but lacks the proclamation or as you said acknowledgment of faith in the song. I think it also depends on how conservative a person is as well. I don't want to hear curse words in christian music. I think this song is borderline. On another note, I enjoyed the GTI content as a GTI owner but as a follower of Christ, I'm just glad more younger people are proclaiming their faith and using their platforms to bring Jesus to people!

Like for example Scientology has you going in with this exact same mentality you have to believe that Scientology is going to help you in order to have it help you and we know Scientology is not true it’s obviously ridiculous. But an all knowing God is not going to use actual logic they’re going to use bad manipulation tactics? In no other time in life do we accept a premise before we have evidence of it because that’s literally how you brainwash yourself. If you just accept that everything is true before you know then any piece of evidence that you see is going to be under the lens of already knowing the truth that’s a recipe for confirmation bias there’s no way to avoid it at that point because of your method of finding the truth is just to think that everything is true that you were told.
