Unfortunately no snow in September, only place you can see a bit of snow in September would be in Sonmarg's Tajiwas glacier but its not great experience if its a first time snow experience.
@@namit_0077 but what you can try is go early and try to trek to the frozen lake from the phase 2 exit..it probably takes about an hour to go and another hour to get back..be safe and better if you're in a group..if can't complete it, atleast halfway trek would be worth the experience
