I just bought this for my mom for 55 bucks CAD, it's a bit scary how cheap it is, considering my own watch is 500 CAD. But my mom only wants it because her colleagues / friends have them and she only want to see her step and heart rate + clock, so I thought this thing literally gives her everything she wants. Also the display is big enough because her eyesight isn't that great anymore haha.
This review video was great! I watched the set up video and was looking forward to your full review! Do you think you will keep it after listing all of those cons which to me were telling especially the customer “service”. If you were to return it, do you have to pay for shipping? Also, does Echelon have any retail presence so you can look at the treadmill in person first? Thanks!
I have this bag black the material is very stiff and you can’t really fit hardly anything in and when I try and reach in for something the zippers hurts my hands it’s a little sharp kind of disappointed with this bag and you can’t put anything at the back and the slits
Hello, yes, I do. I use it for everyday usage mainly for shopping & grocery trips but it is nice for travel as well! I find it comfortable to wear,I dont notice the strap digging into my shoulder. However, I mainly wear it as a belt bag across my waist.
Hi, that would depend on the watch with the Venu 2S shown in the video you cannot as it has no speakers but with the Venu 3S you can listen to music without headphoens with the built in speakers.
Hello, I'm liking it and I just dropped my review on this treadmill if your interested in all my thoughts on the Stride 6 check it out :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9S-cta6vU4o.htmlsi=DCFiDoVtrmnoCsx9
Thank you for your nice and honest review @AbbyBReviewing! I'm a newbie to your reviews, and like your comments on them! Yeah..., I got the same one as yours. I love the colour, Barracks Green💚 As you mentioned in the review, the depth of this cactus belt bag is deeper than standard 1L EBB. So more space..., I would say... However, the back pocket is a bit small and I don't want to ruin the shape of the cactus bag by putting even thin things. Still..., I love this bag❤
Awrsome glad to have uou watching my reviews! For sure honestly isnsuper important for me, I definitely get that about the small back pocket, and thanks for sharing 💜
I find Garmin watches so hard to navigate 😅 it's quite hard to understand the nuances / differences between the watches that justify a higher price... Thank you for your review, it was helpful!
Yes, they should name or advertise/organize them better in there website. I totally get they can be confusing at first with their being so many different watches to choose from. And I'm happy you found this video helpful 😊
You rated the Vivomove Sport 8.4/10 and the Lily 2 7.5/10. As a college student looking for a smartwatch to track steps, would you say the Vivomove Sport currently outperforms the Lily 2?
Hello, I find the Vivomove sport is more accurate for step tracking but the Lily 2 is more accurate for heart rate tracking otherwise I don't see much of a difference in overall fitness metrics performance. Also the Vivomove sport does have smoother touch screen performance in my experience, and Lily 2 has better colour options to me Overall both are nice fitness tracker options. But I do prefer the Vivomove Sport myself out of the two.
@riteshlimbu4472 Hey, that would depend on what you're looking for your watch to do. As those are 2 pretty different smartwatches. I've done full review on both if you're interested in hearing my thoguhts on them :)
Thanks for the video! I'm not gluten-sensitive, but I'm planning on booking a RC cruise soon. The detailed videos make me want to go now! I'm going to check out dairy free/vegan options in the main dining room on the next cruise. I prefer vegetarian entrees, even though I'm an omnivore, but on the RC ship I was on (Harmony of the Seas) they were all too heavy on dairy for me.
Awesome to hear, I'm glad you enjoyed the video & I love crusing as well already.want to go back in another, lol! I ate gluten-free, vegetarian plus mostly dairy free , if your eating gluten, you'll definitely have even more options than I did. We were even able to get dairy free margarine instead of butter in the main dining room, which was nice. Thanks for sharing 😊
Great review ! I just bought the Fenix 7s and this looks like a lighter, cheaper alternative (Fenix 7s is really nice though, I much prefer it to the Venu watches I've tried).
Thank you! And appreciate you sharing, the Forerunner is a great more affordable alternative to the Fenix, if you dont need the extra Genix features like built in maps, golf courses ski maps, or the increased water resistance etc. The 2 watches share many similarities like suggested workouts, VO2 max, HRV status, sleep tracking always on display & and more.
Video was very good, however I think your conclusions are a bit too forgiving. These filters honestly look very bad. The vignetting effect is already showing up pretty badly at the 4th stop. And it's gonna be even worse when you start moving around because from what I see this vnd is made up of two stacked linear polarizers, so the angle to the sun is gonna have a big effect. Then again on the 5-9 stop, its alright at 5 and 6, but from 7 on it's terrible already. As usual, the cheaper the filters, the worse they are. Thanks for making this video and properly testing. I'll surely not get these filters now 😅
@Koensol thank you! And that fair, appreciate you sharing. And i dont think I was too forgiving. It works well for my uses, and is a good option for the price. Of course you don't get the exact same results as individual ND filters that are hundreds of dollars, but this works well for what it is. In my opinion I don't think it compares or competes with those in another price bracket but is definitely the best affordable ND's I've found. I don't use the highest setting in each to avoid the vignetting myself. But if someone wanted to use those settings, i can definitely see that being a problem.
@@AbbyBReviewing Yea I'd probably swap to the 5-9 stop version if I needed the 5 stop strength. But for me that kind of defeats the purpose of a VND (not having to swap filters). For my regular mirrorless camera I'm happy with the freewell 2-5 hardstop VND. For filming outdoors that is usually enough and apart from a slightly warm colour cast its not that bad. Vignetting almost none. But so far I don't like any of the vnd for the pocket 3, so what I might end up doing is using a static ND and set an ISO range so that the camera can adjust itself when lighting changes.
Thank you for making this review @AbbyBReviewing so much deail and love your honesty!! My sister has Celiac and is always stressing about vacays, seriously from exerperince most repsorts and places weve contacted have like no to very few gluten free options and she always has to travel with "backup food", and I feel bad and want her to have a good time too not worrying about food! So great to hear that Crusing is a good option, we haven't crusied before but will 100% check out royal caribbean and do a crusie as our next vacay, and may do this same sailing lol, did a quick searcch and love that this smaller ship is much cheaper than the big ones yet seems quite nice. Thank again🤍🤍
Hey, im happy you found this video helpful. And i can totally relate to that stress with travelling! If you haven't cruised before, i would definitely gove it a shot. I found it way less stressful than a resort for catering to my dietary needs. And many tasty gluten-free options. Thanks for sharing & and enjoying your future RC cruise! 💜
This video was fascinating. Thank you! I’m glad you were able to get a table for 2! I didn’t think that were possible on such a big ship. When you ate outside the MDR at Sorrentos & Windjammers (plus wherever else I missed), were you charged extra or was it all part of the dining package? I hope you didn’t have to wait on long lines to eat. That a lady next to you was also wearing the Venu 2s in rose gold & white is just super! I’m looking forward to your other cruise videos. I don’t cruise so it’s fun seeing your experience PLUS your great commentary!
@@nellieforbes2216 Hello, and thank you!! All the food venues I visited (Sorrentos, Main Dining Room, Cafe Promendate & Winjammer) were all included in the price of the cruise :) And I did not encounter many lines, only occurred occasionally in the Main Dining room for lunch. And yes haha it was kinda cool to see someone with that exact same watch and phone combo. Glad you enjoyed the video and are looking forward to more, thanks for sharing ❤
I currently have a Galaxy Watch 5, but the battery life is terrible, and from what I hear, the Galaxy 6 is no better. I've heard good things about Garmin watches, so I decided to purchase this one. I hope I've made the right choice. I only use it for phone notifications, sleep tracking, step counting, and the alarm.
THe battery life on this is much better, that's one of the reasons I liek Garmin Watches. And it can do everything you listed. Hope you like it, and thanks for sharing!
I just want a smartwatch with the features of the vivoactive or forerunner line with the size of the Lily (or maybe up to 38mm) T_T It's frustrating that us women with small wrists have miss out on so many features.
Thank your for sharing your wrist size! As a woman with a smaller wrist, it is frustrating to find a smartwatch that doesn't look extremely oversized. Some of my friends can definitely not wear a 40mm watch, because their wrists are too small for it. On men the watches usually look "ok". It's hard to translate that to my smaller wrist. It's good to see how they'd look on a woman's wrist. I think might stick to the Lily 2...
I just got this watch (after 8 years of fitbits with shorter and shorter lifespans). I love the size, and it’s beautiful!! I do wish it had an always-on display option, and a regular button or two, like my old Garmin Forerunner does - but all of the watches with those features are big and bulky, so for now, this is the one for me! Thanks Abby!
Just starting to look at the Garmin watch following the recommendation of a family member. Just getting started with better health habits incl running and walking. Family member has version 5. I have no desire to spend the large amount for a 7 or 8, so the 6 seems to be the "sweet spot". Your video reinforces that the 6 is a worthwhile purchase.
When doing the Garmin Coach- suppose I was to perform a run on a treadmill; would the plan take that into consideration for mileage coveree? I tried doing workoit on treadmill but the time, speed didnt reflect which I suspected was from the assumption im road running on a treadmill. Would you know how to set this up if possible? (Where treadmill runs is covered in the workout)?
@ashwinr6985 hi I've only done the base run outdoors unless you treadmill can specific connect toy your Garmin watch you won't be able to get speed data
Between this one and the fénix 6s, which one would you choose? Also is the gps on the fénix 6 still good? I had a vivo active 3 and it was not the best one.
Hello, i would choose the Fenix 6S myself,I do prefer the design, and it has built-in maps, and better watch face options, which is a plus for me. And I've had no issues with the GPS myself.
Hello, the better deal would be the Forerunner 165 as it's cheaper. But the watch I prefer is the Forerunner 255S its better quality, longer battery life, and has a MIP display great for outdoor activities.
I like to wear Crossbody during like winter time when I’m wearing sweatshirts and coats and stuff I like wearing it during the summer when I am at events so I’m fully hands-free
@LeaJackson-f1v yes i love using the longer strap for wintertime, too! And belt bags are awesome to he hands free, I use them soo much more than purses now
