That was actually a pendant on time limited event before!! so it isn’t available right now but there are strong or technically stronger pendants except these !! 👍
I think it’s given at a certain level(stage /map) rather than by the mission , you find the real jackpot and speak with him at the said level , as you keep on playing the quest you find it rather than completing the quest, if you understand what iam saying,!!

This combo is have is only linear can’t have it work both ways, You can have shorter cooldowns if you have 3 skills per combo if you are asking about that, the gears can be modified to have skill cooldowns reduced, and about sin gear , if you want skill cooldowns only then it is viable to keep it to level 2!
@@prwleen5137 well ....i also play this game and using this build but not enough dmg and try other set (StahnYs 19k total power currently) And about the short hair guy ....i had no clue who is he ? I just run the whole play didnt bother the storyline ..... Farming and complete daily/event quest is what i do daily Keep updating and make it interesting as possible ^_^
It’s available after unlocking endless abyss and completing level 1 of it. I am actually going to have a video on completing the level but i can’t actually show you how to unlock the part unfortunately!!
finish up to endless abyss lvl 5 and get 1 refine skill ....(sadly i only got until lv 7 ) for endlesss abyss run lv 5 for 2000points for 5 times(easy run) dont run lv 7 onwards unless you are confident and prepare 2nd set armor
@@elvian4225 Singear damage is unreachable with any gear but not too far from legendary gears. You can clear any endless abbys with sin and legendary gear, but the difference would be in damage and survivability . If you use sin gear there is need from extreme heals while legendary can have mediocre heal and still finish the stages and the time it takes to complete is very different as singear finishes everything very quickly but legendary gear can take long time.
There are more than 2 ways to play each skill path. Although i enjoy patrician , you can actually have good advantage in sin killing if you’re using reagent because of his heals and buffs . As for in the long run you can study each gear and get what fits you. You can easily change gear modification very cheap!!
If you are talking about stage then you need to unlock Meteorite place . If you cant see the place then might be locked with level, mirror stage or some stage to be completed. So, I recommend doing all the stages
If you are referring to the process of acquiring them, you have to talk to blue woman in your horse carriage place, farthest-left of the place. You have to have 10 wishes for to summon guaranteed epic phantoms , that summons the guardians shown in the video , however you can use other phantoms to be synced to skill combo chain.
1. Sha Chi generation is really good 2. Damage increased vastly 3.Immune to some form of crowd control 4.Faster attacks Faster movement However i really recommend not using sin level 1-4 as its more hurting than profiting, rather you should invest a lot in health regeneration and legendary gears that give a lot of hp and can use sin level 5 at its best!!
@@ottovonbismarck1977 Got one from doing quests and crafted others , if you finish story mission you find a place where vendor sells all the legendary gear (not the limited events ones) that you have missed .
