i love my buckhorn magnum. got it $100 local pawn shop. clean somehow barely shot. got a $44 lee mold for 320 grain "real" bullets and a .490 round mold. got a tub of pyrodex for $35 and already got pillow ticking and lube. same with 209 primers had a box of 1,000. awesome gun imo. eventually i plan on building a kentucky rifle or frontiersman left hand model
I have this same model in the same camo pattern. I bought it used (but unfired) with a rifle bag and extra magazine included. It still has the red sticker on the barrel. But, I actually bought it because it had a $400 Vortex Razor red dot installed, also in what seems to be unused condition. I put the Vortex on another gun and a scope on the Wildcat. It was $225 out the door at Cabelas. Now, this Wildcat, which I didn't care about, is my favorite backyard plinker. I prefer it over my 10/22 and even my Henry H001 lever action.
We own one. Light, fun, easy to take down and clean. Actually, that's one of the best features. Although you do need a specialty solvent to clean the action. There have been some issues reported with the rear sight coming loose. Paul; Harrell was seriously distressed by that. The pic rail is not metal, but will hold a scope or red dot very well. Running with the Winchester magazines it does hold open after the last round. Running with Ruger magazines it does not hold open after the last round. Fit and finish was good for a plastic stock. The barrel is free floated well over a sheet of paper, more like a business card. There is room in the buttstock for some storage. Winchester does say the Wildcat may be dry fired.
I understand where you are coming from but they are also very unfriendly to poultry and other animals, they commonly do what is called "surplus killing" which is killing more than they eat because they can, I have been first hand witness to this, also much like Otters they can clear out a pond of fish as they are efficient killers
These are the killers that are destroying my half acre fish pond. Everyone thinks they are oh so cute and amusing. I am losing fish 3+ feet long that I consider pets and have been with me for thirty plus years . This beast is my enemy.
I have a Benjamin Prowler which is almost the same gun but it dosent have the iron sights that are a great feature as those cheap scopes break easily. Very accurate guns that aren't pellet picky and very quiet.
For get you and your racist ass song it’s time for change we all are Gods creation and all of this hate has to stop may God bless you and those like you
Anyone who uses deer attractants is a coward. It's taken advantage of the animal and using a crutch. Do you like the Native Americans dead and use your brains calming your tracking skills and a little sweat to hunt and kill your meat.
I have one I modded for power, and the accuracy is great. At 30 yards it's a one hole shooter. It will stack 11.9 grain RWS wadcutters at an average 883 feet per second. I bought it for my girlfriend for under $125 and love it. For those with accuracy problems, Google "artillery hold". Spring piston air rifles are usually very hold sensitive.
my dude. that's a great setup but why in the world would you mount a scope that far?! like that shit's supposed to sit as far back as the mount will let it, and the you stick the red dot in front and to the side.

I was thinking about buying this rifle but reading the comments I've decided I'm gonna pass on this one. I already have the crosman F4 and it choots like a scattergun at 15 feet.😂 it's probably the barrel length because it's too short..the suppressor makes up 6 ich of the barrel length.
@@OutdoorExperiences yeah I know and understand. Previous fur trapper with a soft spot for bison and beavers. And now foxes in kansas and missouri due to too many Bobcats.
