Is this a Dell Latitude E series? That pattern is essentially the same across all of those laptops; it usually shows above the Windows logo when the PC starts that phase of the boot process, and then goes away. It *not* doing that tells me that your install is likely broken. That buzzing is strange too, is it coming from the fan?
The E series Latitudes are trivial to repair and are intentionally made to be so, and have been nothing but reliable for me, so this computer was pretty obviously mistreated at some point in it's life. Something is likely blocking the fans -- the manual (findable on Dell's website with a quick google search) will give you an entire guide on how to disassemble the laptop. As for the pattern on boot, just reinstall Windows. But get that fan checked. That's not healthy.
@@vidmaster_ E7240 .. never mistreated just opened it and it went SUPER SLOW (opened the "laptop")and was trying to fix fan.. Then I thought it was the operating system And I started with a USB with another Windows.. then this happened.. I removed the USB and it was stared ..but SUPER SLOWWW
Try a cmos reset remove the battery off motherboard and restart Could be a driver error. Looks like a more physical problem like graphics or failed Ram or even a damaged HDD
@@JustRightProductionif it happened with an os usb it could be corrupt, try getting a laptop repair person to wipe the drive and reinstall the os you were using, if this won’t work the pc is probably toast. Don’t use that os usb again as it might be corrupted is some ways.
@@XxJORDY13xX from my perspective i hear a buzzing sound coming from the speakers and the screen is frozen with lines, i’m expecting it to be a kernel issue
