I've lived in Loveland since 1992. There is no 'hood' here. If Fort Collins wants to accuse anywhere of having a 'hood', they should do more to clean up the nonsense that exists around the campus of CSU and north of downtown.🙄
I moved to Greeley 29 years ago from Denver. The smell was horrible at first now it's gotten better. The schools as far as district 6 do suck!!!! My grandkids went there. I moved up here to get away from the bullshit in Denver now I'm kinda glad I did I loved it here cause it was slow and it WAS peaceful but now u can see and hear the bullshit coming up from Denver. The bad thing is the resources and housing here for low income.

Hey Guys: Retired, qualifying (employing) broker here, not going to diss your video at all, it was/is really good (it's now summer 2024)... However, something to think about. A lot of people enjoy a college town, because of what the college brings to the town, I lived in Las Cruces, NM for 8 yrs., because of NMSU, that town was so vibrant, well... Fort Collins is the same with CSU, so I would look at this as a pro or plus, not a con. I've lived here for 12 yrs now & can't think of anywhere I'd rather be... Oh, one other thing, most people that live in FoCo are damn glad we're an hour from Denver, we wish it could be more😂
These two are people that have not lived in Greeley, most cities have something thats less actractive but these two bubble heads do not have a clue. Check thier opinions, I would not trust them as my realtors. Fast talking, no facts, full of opinions, very bias. sounds like used car dealers to me.
I do deliveries all over the metro area. Id tell someone move west of i25 if possible but stay away from right near downtown. You do that and you're great. If you move anywhere west of Sheridan, you're in a great neighborhood. Stay away from montbello and northern aurora. My personal fav, arvada.
@793matt what do you disagree about. I travel all over the country and the western half of the Denver metro is probably in the top 3 of safest places I've ever been in America. There's nothing but white people (mainly elderly white people). There's kids playing outside. People walking and enjoying life. People who think denver is bad and unsafe have never been to the other side of the country
This is the most untrue & offensive view I've ever heard about a city you haven't been in. Please remove it! It's very one sided & your probably from LA. I live in a very fancy neighborhood in Greeley and there is such support & a true community behind you. There are family activities every weekend and all around is supported by kind & nice people. It's very easy to get to Estes Park & everything you've said is painfully effective & hurtful to those of us who have moved here & found a small town with a large love for community. This video is why social media & paid people like you should be banned. I'm so upset about your lies I would like you to apologize to the thousands of people who this affected.
Thank you for your opinion. We discuss each of these cities with pros and cons. As a fifth generation native we try our best to discuss content that would be valuable to anyone relocating into Colorado. We also covered a video discussing the great things about Greeley, which there are many.
@@ColoradoLife4u this video is only about 8 reasons not to live in greeley. There are several other videos from you like this that are only negative. Seems like you only like the places that cost so much that you will make a years worth of income on one sale. I have a near million dollar house on sprawling acreage and when I sell I will make sure it's through a caring seller or buying specialist. Your opinion should be kept to yourself. I own several homes throughout Colorado and I've never had an agent put a negative opinion on what me needs have been. Shame on you. Please remove negative videos and stop tearing down places you don't live in or by. This world has enough negativity. When someone wants to buy a house whether it's in RINO or castle pines it's an exciting time for them & shouldn't be diminished by an agent who should only support and never put personal opinions above others happiness

@@ColoradoLife4u our rates are always going up now because of flooding. We have many cars that are totaled out because of flooding, causing our rates to go up.

I appreciate this video and I will say that I will be voting for Trump, it's what's good for this country. I know you said not to talk politics but I'm not afraid to say it, never was since 2015. I can say that if this economy gets turned around I will be consulting you in buying my first house here in Colorado. I have been watching your channel since about 3 years ago or more? I've had a bankruptcy in Illinois that will be coming off my credit report in September. I hope I have to opportunity to work with you if you are able to help me out. I won't have money to put down because I care of a physically disabled person that can't work due to health problems and I will be a first time home buyer here in Colorado so hopefully???? we can make something happen???? I don't want a mansion, I just want a home of my own again. I've worked really hard to get my credit score into the mid 700's so hopefully we can work together next year when our lease is up. Good video, but I would say it gets really expensive to move to Colorado, housing is way more expensive there, Texas especially Houston has this annoying thing called weather which comes with tornados and hurricanes, and means of transportation are quite deficient.
Grew up near the beach and I never went during the day to the beach only during night time for the night life and the mountains are freaking beautiful!
Weather isn’t the greatest here in Florida btw! I much rather be cold than being hot and sticky it’s miserable! The only thing is I think fl has different kinds of foods cuz the different cultures!
We don’t have all four seasons but we do have one short, and two longer seasons. Kinda cool with a few cold days and HOT!, then there is Really damn HOT!!!
