I'm 40 years old and idk why I'm so late to this party but I just recently got into these guys after Taylor's passing and I'm fucking hooked. I want to see them live if they come to the East Coast of America.
I wonder why they didn't bring them back after the shows dedicated to Taylor. Was Taylor the one who was fighting to keep them as a part of the group, or did they just want to simplify their setup on the road? Hope they can bring them back one day.
I love this so much. As an old fart who grew up on '70s & '80s Western rock music, this is obviously very much influenced by that but at the same time it just feels much fresher and less stale than UK / US music has become since then. Where would someone like myself go to discover more of this kind of music? I'm thinking Spotify etc wouldn't have a clue what to make of this.
Mad respect for the man himself..... Dave grohl....... living legend. You have helped me through the most messed up times in my life and continue to lift my spirits. This man has been through hell and so have I. In simple words "it's time like these you learn to live again, it's times like these you give and give again, it's times like these time and time again" these lyrics have helped me through life and they should help you 🤘
It's this version of listening to Dave telling me that everything will be ok. It may not seem like it, but I have faith that Dave is right when the following gets said "It's times like these you learn to live again"
Can we have Shane with the Foo Fighters please? I want to Foo Fighters. I don’t want them to go away. I love them too much plates we need them. Why is that a bad thing?❤
The LOVE on Dave's face when he points at Taylor hitting that high note... it warms my heart. Such an amazing group of friends and amazingly talented musicians.
