This Paramount Golforeste villas comes under UPSIDC, and not under Greater Noida authority. So, the development in this area will be bad due to UPSIDC. So pleaae be aware before buying. The condition of these villas are very pathetic.
What you are saying about Paramount is causing mental injury to the residents there. The residents of Paramount live there comfortably and proudly. This project is on Greater Noida to Greater Noida West Link Road, in which there is no effect from the development of Upsidc.
The job of the authority is not to do registration. Registry is done by Registrar. The registry office is in Gamma 2 for all the society flats and sector’s house of greater noida
I like your videos but surprised that you haven’t at all talked about any of the issues like water logging inside the premises. It makes it unliveable. Railway depots and transport mess re additional problems. It’s bad.
