The analog is to close to the buttons. Looks uncomfortable. I’m 6’3 220. I don’t think I would be able to play this having the analog so close to the buttons. My hands are huge.
FRAM is not battery backed. it has a limited number of writes, but if it lasts for 100,000 savesI think I will be okay. But yes. you are correct its saves
Great video! I just received one of these little amps with similar buzzing. My first thought is the RCA inputs are the culprit. I tried plugging RCA cable in and it does not go in. I'll be ripping into this later today. I suppose those tips sitting in the plugs could cause all of the buzz?
I am still going back to the PsP go and my New2DS. I don't think handhelds are as good as what is put out by Sony and Nintendo yet. I want fast wake and sleep.
My only criticism of this otherwise excellent video, is the number of times the camera is obstructed by poor positioning of the computer or head/arms/hands in the way of the shot. That said, it looks like the most comprehensive 1100FD take-apart and drive belt replacement video on YT. Which unfortunately makes obscuring the camera all the more frustrating in places!
I had considered editing it and dropping some graphics in. But I don't have the time or the dedication. Most of my videos only happen because I remember to turn on the camera and I don't have any problems talking as I work on things. Maybe someday I can connect with someone who enjoys editing and we can turn out some quality polished content. Thank you for taking time to give the feedback.
@@ScottBruder It is a very helpful video, and I'll be using it as my guidance in replacing the belt on my own 1100FD. You're the only one I've seen who points out that the back 2 screws on the display mount don't need to be removed - thus avoiding the display hanging loose and risking damage. As such, this video is really appreciated! Just a couple of places where you were doing something that was obscured so not clear what screw or component you were working on. Only a minor complaint though, and the video is a great confidence boost showing that it's a doable repair! I also like the fact you didn't edit it - you give the task far better context that way!
In case you (or others finding this) are not aware, this European style plug DOES include a grounding (or earth) contact - it's just not a pin. The whole socket in the EU is recessed, and the ground contact is made at the edge before the two pins connect to the mains. So all you need for this to operate more or less correctly is a proper adapter (which is what the commenter meant by 'Schuko'). RCD and GFCI mean the same thing, but the North American GFCI devices trip at a lower current - generally 5 mA instead of 30 mA. So that would affect the test, though presumably the test would still work for you. (It probably wouldn't work for someone in the EU trying to use the HT107B, because the test current applied across Live and Ground would be too low.) There's another model of this tester brand called the HT97. The whole thing is an LCD display so it displays everything more clearly (no need to refer to a key, and the backlight changes to amber on fault detection. It measures time to trip in milliseconds, which seems like a desirable addition - if an ancient RCD/GFCI tripped slowly it wouldn't be providing much protection. The HT97 is less easy to find, but costs about the same and seems to have the edge. Again it's available in 3 plug types (the one with E on the end being the square pins of the UK).
When I was younger I got mad and threw my go and it never turned again it’s been over eleven years since I’ve seen and was wondering about it a few weeks ago. I moved a relative and found it along with my neopronoun pocket color which still works. Great score. In the process of diagnosing the go. It’s apart and the battery is flatline. Measured with quality multimeter. Going to test it with a ps3 controller battery today hopefully. Only thing is the go bat has 3 wires and the other has 2. I know positive negative but connecting it do anything harmful. Will do more research. Need to have a good source of power before doing anything
The backup battery is a CR2477, seems to be primary/non rechargeable. Drop-in Digikey part number 1908-CR2477V3-ND. For the main lead-acid, I used two li-ion cells in series. The lead-acid charge circuit is enough to keep them half-charged. I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you understand what you're doing, but it works great for my unit
Definitely make a fuss. Take a picture or a video as you have done, take it back to Walmart, and possibly a letter of concern or of disapproval to Reesie’s pieces and see what they have to say.
I love the pspgo I feel like it's the perfect hand held except the battery life for emulation. That's the only problem I've been thinking about getting the power armor case but I don't really want the pspgo to be chunkier it's got a perfect size as is
@@ScottBruder same for me on those choices as I don't have a problem. Just for some reason that darn thumb stick on the go. Lol ! If I angle it just a tad bit i play it perfectly. Maybe it's cuz I'm left handed I guess.
as a child my dream was to own a psp go, now as a young adult i have a full fledged psp collection from physical psp games to hacked ps vita. i know little me would be so happy rn.
Hello I'm having the same problem Is the fuse you used 0603 1.25a correct? The introduction says 0306 Do you happen to know the link related to the purchase of the fuse?
What are the step you used to complete this mod? I’m not sure what a bivert does? Obviously it’s not required though as I can tell from your video! Can you please leave a link to the screen you used?
You would never use these style of switches in a business. Ever!! You would use something that is 100% managed. You speak the terminology, but lacking in other areas.
@fly_the_sky What hardware would you recommend for a flower shop with 1 pos system , 1 VoIP phone and 1 office laptop? Your statement seems very absolute and your ending statement is not supportive. What would you recommend to improve?
This video is really about unmanaged vs managed layer 2/3 switches. Other than that bottom thing I wouldn't hesitate to use either of them where appropriate. That TPLink is probably more than sufficient for a lot of small businesses, until it dies (seen too many of them for it to be coincidence). A lot of features of that 2960 are available on a lot of other good quality layer 3 switches without the Cisco markup and need to google iOS commands :P. My personal preference is anything from DLink as they've never let me down. Meraki, well, what can I say. Larger business only IMO. I loathe anything with a subscription, and particularly dislike that the devices are useless without it. It wouldn't be as bad if they didn't charge a premium for the devices in the first place. That said it does make management WAY easier when you have a lot of devices spread out across different sites. The site to site VPN is extremely convenient as well.
I used that tplink following an office reconfiguration and I would agree, there are situations where it is just a 'low voltage wiring' question like you need to have layer 1 /2communication and maybe POE at a certain speed and you dont need anything special. Remote monitoring is a huge bonus for sure. Then you also need to be peripherally aware of the risk of remote compromise which I suspect happens more than people realize
thanks for the heads up. I may have been blocking the right mic. I did not notice as I watch it on a phone or simple laptop. I will try and find time to fix it. If anyone wants to quote me on editing this video find me on facebook
to be honest i'm more confused about when i manually change the time ahead nothing happened such as in pokemon going a day ahead acts like there's no change, i understand that some games have a prevention to time travel but i don't think that it's in this game especially when affected by a flashcart (someone correct me if i'm wrong)
