Burton Latimer Heritage Society was formed in 2000 to promote an interest in the history of Burton Latimer and its people. The Heritage Museum is in a small suite of rooms within the Harold Mason Centre next to the Library on the High Street. We run two themed exhibitions a year and events such as talks and guided walks. Our Research Room and Archives contain many photographs, records and artefacts. We have volunteers who are able to assist with historical and genealogical research and the Museum Rooms can be opened for these purposes. The Heritage Society is a charitable organisation and we are dependent on subscriptions and donations for the funds to continue to run the Museum and website.
