One punch I just cannot quite get the mechanics of is the hook, especially without turning the foot over. Would love some more direction on the mechanics of that punch, as a standalone punch and as a combo with a cross
So the difference between turning the foot over and keeping it planted? I'll explain here then in video. Short and simple. Do you want to be quick and reload the next shot fast then plant the foot and just turn the hips/ body snapping the hook like a whip. Do you want to fully commit and put every ounce of ass in to the hook. Then turn that joker over rotating on the balls of the feet
Can you show how to work a bag? Like I've heard you barely want to hit the bag, but I've also heard you connect the bag? I'm ignorant to this brother, so I'm definitely interested, maybe some basic angles and combos and how to shift and apply those combos in a chain while moving on different angles?
Hey Coach, this is the first video of yours I've seen, it was so easy to follow along with your instructions, the angle you switched to for the 1 2 3 combination was perfect.
