I ended up selling that van because it became a money pit. Currently, building out a Sienna minivan for my travels. There were several videos updating the van build and situation.
@RedEyeLoft Was headed to Hollywood Hard Rock area. They didn't give me a room this weekend, but gave me more than $300 in free play. :) Also had tickets for various concerts but I decided to pass on the concerts.
I just Googled it and Florida still doesn't allow overnight camping for regular drivers. You can only rest there for up to 3 hours. Professional truckers can stay longer. I wonder if they really enforce the 3-hour rule.

Right now it seems overwhelming with both the mess and the leak...so here is my best advice. Clean all that crap out and get it back down to just the RV and then decide what you want to do. Don't make a snap decision...take a few to decide and maybe even do a little research into the repairs and see if you are willing to spend however much it would be. Goodluck 😉🙌
If you want to fix it and have the time I’d say go for it try and use everything you can that’s free around even some rvs are free especially right now any damaged ones you may be able to get a whole roof and just attach it I’d say yours is pretty much done for I wouldn’t drive the thing down the road either not without a lot of work but it may be worth using for a shed or chickens or something with some work and some free material you may not be able to make it livable with time and budget depending how much free material you can get but good enough for using as a shed or for chickens storage it’s useful for something if you can keep the Florida rain from coming in

Lesson learned about letting some people live 'rent free' in your RV (or house) They ALWAYS trash it, sometimes as in your case to the point of it being totally trashed beyond fixing.
At this point, it seems to be a biohazard. Pull the working appliances, put them up for sale and scrape the rest. I agree with another comment, it served it's purpose. Let her go into the recycle bin to become something useful elsewhere. Good luck!
