Hi Rachel I don't see anything wrong to have the infrastructure being placed into the Pan African Village as a start to and example for the rest of the country. I love Ghana but I do not like the smell of sewage inside the building especially.

I have been watching lots of videos on RU-vid about the pan African village in Asebu Ghana. All the information that she gave is true. Jamaican’s should go there and get some land quickly. Because the African American are there buying up all the land for themselves and there entire family. Pretty soon there will be none left.
So Uganda is welcoming back the Asian community who were brought there by the British. They are not native to Uganda. So why is it hard for African countries to make it easier for descendants of enslaved Africans to return to Africa? Uganda us making provisions for people who were not native and who were mistreating Africans to return. Yet descendants of tgecenskaved are having to fight to return. Yes Ghana and Sierra Leone has made provisions for those who want to o return but what about the rest of the African countries particularly in sub Saharan Africa
It would have been nice to talk about the Residency it's okayto buy land but as a Proffessional Builder i never built a house from the roof downwards i always built from the foundation upwards ,its like buying a car with no Wheels , so you buy the land but what about the Residency Protocol to live in Ghana to enjoy what ever land you buy and build on😕😐

With all due respect, "Compulsory land registration". Most plot holders are unable to register their plot because the Chief has not registered the land enabling plot holders to comply with the "compulsory land registration". It has been two (2) years. Additionally, most plotholders are still waiting six (6) months and longer for their indentures as well.
My wife is Ugandan. We are lookung to go into live stoock in Uganda.We will defnitely like to have a covesation about farming. We already have real estate investments in Ghana. Can bring my experience in ghana to bear if needed. Wish you all the best with this great iniative.
