There's a video someone did that claims Turnabout Reclaimed from Dual Destines is a better and less creepy version of this case. If these guys ever get to that game I hope to hear if they think the same thing too
Best co-op game is really interesting as a question. For me, it'd have to be either Modded Minecraft, Stardew, or Monster Hunter. Some modpacks are REALLY fun, but kind of lonely solo for Minecraft but infinitely better with more people to designate tasks to, Stardew becomes a LOT more manageable with at least 1-2 other people (especially Expanded or Ridgeside mods), and Monster Hunter as a franchise is just incredible with 2-4 bozos, no braincells, and a big target to bonk. Always a magical time.
Funny you guys say that Usopp and Nami would have a lets play channel cause theres literally an official cover art with the two playing video games while the other strawhats are in outfits based on iconic game characters.
I definitely cannot do a backflip. The last time I tried (which was quite a few years ago), I just succeeded in hurling myself against the ground with considerable force.
Jay goes so above and beyond with edits and extra bits that the few times he can't fulfill a request are completely understandable. It's always possible he can Cough-Up a Starr performance some other time! (randomly, Cody Hackins also came to mind as another first game character for him)
This episode: basically the third time Geno has ANY dialogue this whole game, and once again it's just a bunch of exposition. I don't understand why the Geno-for-Smash stans are so vocal about this glorified NPC of a character. Might as well ask for Prince Peasley at that point. We still don't even have Paper Mario in Smash, so why are we jumping all the way to Geno?
Corona and COVID-19 got censored on RU-vid as a misinformation thing, just to blanket ban antivaxx or conspiracy videos, to my understanding. Game Grumps had a running bit calling the pandemic the Backstreet Boys reunion tour, and saying people got tickets (sick) or earmuffs (vaccinated).
God, the impromptu tribunal deciding Carver's fate is amazing. You have Clementine- unprompted- calling for execution. Luke is shocked at Clementine for that. I can only count 13 barrels for the first time. I don't get what I'm missing unless you're also supposed to add logic and assume there's some you can't see since otherwise they would all fall down.
Favorite sausage is a rough question. Haggis is a pudding, but it's very closely related to a sausage (as are most other savory puddings). The major difference, mostly, is how heavily processed the meat is. Sadly can't get a good haggis in the States so far, and a proper Lorne sausage is right out, so the only recourse I am left with is chorizo. Which is a perfectly acceptable sausage.
I didn't go back and reread the clues after they were first shown, but unless I'm misremembering they were (paraphrasing): Boo: I came 3rd in swimming. Goo: I came 3rd in marathon but the same of 1, 2, and 4 in the other two. Bones: I beat Kipp in cycling and then he never passed me. Kipp: I got 4th in cycling but then got the same place at the end as I did in swimming earlier. Kipp tells us that the order would have to be swimming or cycling, then marathon. Goo can't be 4th in swimming and cycling since Kipp is 4th in cycling, so he was 1st or 2nd in those. Kipp can't be 4th in swimming since it should be different from his cycling, but can't be 1st because then he would also finish 1st and Bones had to beat him overall, so Kipp got 2nd in swimming and marathon. That means that Goo got 1st in swimming and thus cycling. Since Bones had to stay ahead of Kipp and Kipp got 2nd in marathon, Bones got 1st in marathon, but since the only place left for swimming being 4th which is below Boo, swimming must've come before cycling. This leaves us with a total ranking of: 1st event: Swimming 1. Goo 2. Kipp 3. Boo 4. Bones 2nd event: Cycling 1. Goo 2. Bones or Boo 3. Bones or Boo 4. Kipp 3rd event: Marathon 1. Bones 2. Kipp 3. Goo 4. Boo
I got very confused when you said Goo got “the same of 1, 2, and 4” but I eventually figured out you meant he got either both first, both second, or both first in the other two events. And yes, my results match up with yours in the end! The only event places we couldn’t tell from these clues were who got 2nd versus 3rd in the cycling event (between Bones and Boo). But it didn’t matter since, as the guys noted in the playthrough, you really only need to know who placed where in the marathon event since it was last.
