so what is the remedy left for transferee if he cannot avail the benefit of sec 53A of TP act against the new transferee who has purchased for consideration and who has no notice of the contract or the part performance thereof.
Supreme Court has said unregistered Agreements are not Valid in COURT, & you told sir if full payment has done and only Sale deed to be done is remaining, then how the UNREGISTERED Agreement of Full payment Can be admissible in the Court.
