Pretty sure that stud on the tentioner pulley goes on the inside. There's only 1 space it can go and it rocks back and forth about 1/8th of a turn. Edit. I went back to the beginning and the original shows how it should be installed.
Former Audi master tech here. This was not performed correctly. Cam gears/sprockets need to be loosened and broke free from camshafts or timing will not be correct.

I do have a lot to learn still! This is my first year ever racing anything!! For it to be as good as it is is great!! I am also aware that it is about the rules and that is why we have tech inspection after every race! Its great to be able to have people that run those checks and balances on me and my fellow competitors!!
Go back and look through your own videos. You have a habit of not getti g around the outside amd do the same thing. Try to push your way through.underneath. and maybe those other comapct.did t want to get tangled.up with that v8 car and was playi g it conservative.

Looks like in turn 2 you slammed the 2 car to tey to get by. Hmm. Ive looked at you other videos and same thing happens you cant get by then on outside you door check or slam into then underneath
Having a tool, you set the ignition incorrectly! You need to release the gears so that they spin, and then release the roller for tension. Then the tension on the belt will be uniform everywhere!

Looks like you were trying to drive threw him in the corner. You did not have the room and dove in there to push the other driver out of way. Dirty driving
When I first saw your car I like it cars is my favorite movie but I was supposed to race the 1 car but they wouldn’t let me so my dad raced and last season I flipped it it’s been harder to drive but your car is nice I like it and watching you and my dad are fun to watch battle it out
😮 Not the serpentine belt?! Frak! Yes, the ease and simplicity of a single belt is nice, but when it goes, it all goes. Then the wreck, 🤬. But at least no injuries.
Yep it's just all a part of racing though. It's alright though the car is still together and we were able to get it together enough for the race a few days later. Overall it wasn't too bad!
At 4:21 it looks like he didn't try snd wreck you. At Holyoke sometimes when you go high itll get loose snd push the car down. Didnt look intentional. Its happened to me a few times when i was in the compacts. Doesn't look anything harmful, just got loose and the car sent him down.
Yeah like I said it really confused me especially since it was under the caution and the rest of the cation laps that car was just rolling high with no issues. So not sure if it was intentional it just kind of seemed like it may have been from my perspective. Also my first time up at Holyoke though so maybe it is just my inexperience at the track that brings me to have thought that.
