Helping you learn how to host unfussy get-togethers and cook killer party foods!
Are you tired of going out all the time trying to catch up with your friends in crowded bars? Do you wish you knew how to have your friends over without being overwhelmed and getting stuck in the kitchen the whole night? Have you tried to host a get-together but just don't know where to start or what to cook?
Hi! I'm Michelle Ferrand and here at Cup of Zest I share my unfussy hosting tips and recipes so you can spend more quality time with your friends in person!
I've got killer savory party food recipes, big batch cocktails, and the occasional simple (yet delicious!) desserts to help you impress your friends at your next get-together. I'll also be sharing guides on how to host cocktail parties, plan for a big brunch for your friends, and get over the idea that your home needs to be perfect to host a get-togther (we are anti-perfection over here!).

I have experienced first hard the importance of gloves when dealing with peppers. It was not a fun night and I managed to touch just about every part of my body, including my face. Ouch!
I use a Whirley Popper and buy my popcorn kernels from Amish Country Popcorn. The red, purple, and blues are the best. I have that yellow Pyrex bowl, it was my late parent’s.
I’ve never tried a Whirley Popper! I love that you get popcorn kernels from Amish Country too. That’s so cool! Oh, that’s so nice…we’ve had a yellow bowl like that at my parents too ❤️
I've very much missed your uploads! Coincidentally you uploaded a recipe that I'll likely make a number of times before this month is over, thank you! The idea of splattering "hot sauce blood" on sour cream is so simple but I've never seen it done before absolutely GENIUS!
OMG, thank you so much for al the kind words! I'm so excited you'll be making this ❤️❤️❤️! Thanks for missing my videos too, it means the world to me and keeps me motivated to keep going!
