Also it says only sinkies can purchase plus and prime flat… err i thought all along even for normal BTO, PRs are already not allowed to purchase from HDB? PRs can only buy from resale right?
Can i ask for those plus and prime there is a condition cannot rent out whole flat. I want to ask say after 10year MOP, say i sell to the next owner, does the 2nd owner also kena these restrictions? 10year MOP, cannot rent out etc etc

One thing I just can't comprehend is buyers of leasehold HDB's selling for $1.4 million. So what happens when the government 'expires' the block? No way would the new owner get what they paid for it right?

i enrolled my 2B in 2019 , now in 2023 i finally cleared my practical 8 and can finally book my TP but plot twist my RTT expired and now i have to redo my RTT and can finally take my TP
2+study: study room has no window, nothing much can be improvised. 3room premium is still having 2 bathrooms. 4bedder: only comes with 2.5 bath…capitaland really sting on bathrooms
08:20 I know that Singapore is rather hot, but I would disagree with using a half face helmet. You can buy adventure/dual sport - off road - full face helmets which also have sun visors built in. Personally, if I fall off head first I would like that my face isn't left scraped along the road.

I spent $1.2k, 6 months, at CDC. There are some who spent under $1k even. Some passed in 3-4 months. Set yourself a goal 6-8 months, which I think is achievable. And budget of about $1.5k. All the best!
Started my 2A journey with Lesson 1 on Tuesday, passed Lesson 3 on the same week Sunday. Waited 3 weeks for my TP. Passed first try. Really fast journey!
I am doing lesson 3 at CDC. I find that the instructors are nurturing. They will be strict but they will smile at times and some even make small jokes before starting the lesson. At the end of the lesson, they will debrief each learner separately as you come forward to collect your card.
just buy first hand bro . interest is cheaper compared to buying a 2nd on coi or full cash a 2nd hand 2-3 yrs coe since u might be upgrading in the future
