AH EH EE OO UU I came across this video over 5yrs ago and have been practicing or using this video for 3yrs and what find amazing is how the vowel sounds can have a healing affect for our well being. Idk what this has to do with anything but in my 2nd language being Maori our vowels we say AH EH EE OO or OR n UU or EWW. Well I just thought how interesting it is related some of the chakra sounds are in common, assume a few annunciations. Eg. 1st chakra the vowel sound is UH or UGH 2nd chakra is OO or EWW etc

Is there something wrong with me? I love sound but when you played the sounds early in the video for about a minute and a half, I found the sounds very uncomfortable to my ears. Can this be remedied?
Nothing wrong with you. We are all unique vibratory beings. Different sounds resonate with different people. You might try it again and if it still doesn't resonate, then you know it doesn't work for you.
