Can anybody help why I can not upgrade my firmware, it just keeps saying (Failed repower the device) .I have tried it over and over and on different laptops and PC's but always get the same problem.
The info of the Kw 310 is great,but would be more cool to show it in action on a car.I'm not a professional mechanic and I'd appreciate to see it working.Thanks in advance.
I had some issues with Bluetooth connection, and then with firmware upgrade, but the tech support from this company is First Rate ! You pay a lot more for this product compared to other dongles but its well worth it !

Mobil 1 extended performance actually tested the worst out of all the oils that I tested so far or it was the top three worst and I don't just talk about this stuff I show people the money that I spend and I send out the texting and bring the lab results back and Mobil 1 extended performance was terrible it's one of the worst oils I've tested so far
i have this scanner 7910 for my bmw, it's a good scanner, i a question i replaced my vano solenoid on my car, because i was getting a rough idle do cold start in the morning, my question is clearing adpatation values with this scanner, or resetting values, can you tell me how to do that with this scanner in special function area, i see reset values in ems area, just scare to click the button, and when i do the reset do i have to go drive my car once reset, great video
