Hi. I like learning new things & skills. It all begun with my violin journey which allowed me to realise that what ever you put time and effort into, you WILL improve. I believe that tracking progress is important for you to realise how far you have come. So here is my channel & a documentation of certain skills which are on my list to learn.
This year my goal is to focus on: anything body weight related e.g calisthenics, aerial & flexibility.
I straight up have to create a routine in 30 days and I’m so nervous. First aerial performance but I’ve been taking classes since October! You KILLED it! Amazing.
I don't know if you guys noticed or not bar rolled a bit in the end, that's why she immediately saw up to that bar. they have the mechanism inside a sort of motor which rotates the bar anytime they press remote
omg!! the progress during the period of 4th-7th month was latent but then your practice started paying off!! i started learning when i was 11 but i stopped practicing, now i am back to ground level :((
This was awesome! I subscribed after seeing the first move lol. Reminded me of the many stupid moves I’ve tried. You motivate me to keep training. One day I’ll be a performer too ❤
Looking back at this video, I have no idea 😂 I did spend a lot of time training flexibility & strength before hand. So it was just technique I had to focus on
It's hard, but the harder paid hang challenges use a much larger diameter rotating bar. You can't hook grip & the tip of my fingers could just barely touch the tip of my thumbs. You basically have to hang by your fingertips for 2 minutes. I only lasted 1:15 my 1st time & it took about 3 months of specific training to beat the challenge the 1st time. Props for hang as long as you did.
Love this 🤗❤️ So inspiring and thank you so much for sharing that honest footage! Aerial hoop training is OUCH and seeing how you push through it inspires me to as well 🥰
