Works great although I had to install the USB driver first then it works fine thank you very much for this information

If it doesn't work the first time unplug the sub cable from the computer then reconnect...also what model number are you using? b1248?

EThank you for taking the time to make the video etc. everything works until I try to send. I connect the unit and hear the connection noise. but it seems like its not recognizing something is connected. I tried changing cables. I'm stuck! any thoughts?
