I`ve got a Bravo 1.4 T-jet, mapped from 120 to 150 HP and the car is wonderful to drive. It is so swift, responsive, economical, practical and cheap to maintain... I`ve own a lot of cars but this one is one of the best.
A great watch, you're a great driver, was awesome. Is this the 155bhp version, what mods does this have? It's great sounding as well, stock or after market exhaust? What do you make of the Abarth Grande Punto? Watching this makes me very interested! Good looking car. Any info appreciated :)
nice ride my frined! did you use the original sport chassis? and when yes, wich Tire Combo did you use? i see in the curves the cassie works very hard. But thanks for upload
Hi i have a 120 hp T-jet GP myself and i'm looking to change my suspension . Could you give your own experience with the KONI Sport shocks. Are they any good for daily fast drive on B roads? Any reason to not take Bilstein B8 or B14 PSS kit? Thanks is advance for any feedback.
I just bought your same car today, I still need to take confidence with the steering wheel and the car, but she's fast for a 1.4 -stock- Turbocharged and damn she runs perfectly, Let me know if you'll change your suspensions and how they work..
cerrystyle Just got my kit installed. Old shocks were really bad on the front and completely DEAD at rear, i was driving on springs alone.Feeling? : It's firmier as everbody else having those kits says, indeed it's more direct and i can feel the state of the road, very reassuring. On a really degraded road it shakes the car a little more ( especially the rear when not loaded) BUT it damps everything fine and don't hurt my back.It is less crashy than my old dead shocks on stock ( softer) springs. Speedbumps => easier and comfier than before, i used to hit the road with the lower stab bar with old suspension. Also it removed the "manual pump" effect at greater speeds 100-130 km/h, it is a known weakness of GP stock suspension that my dead shocks exacerbated.Lowering : The kit says 30mm for me it is - 5mm compared to stock (dead) on the front and ...+ 5mm at rear.IMO it is more like -20mm vs a working stock GP suspension. On a good surface it is a puuure plesure, it's like walking on a warm sand the first day of your holiday.Definetely a good buy.
rudinhopsg I think the T-Jet stock lowered suspensions are pretty good only if you have good tires as well, I'm not familiar with these new kits, But it definitely should be something amazing, how much did you pay for the whole kit installed? However. it's Nnce to read good feedbacks about these new sport suspensions I also had a tour on some forums and websites and pratically everybody confirm that the Bilstein Pro-Kit shocks are pretty good products I also think that Koni has good quality products (also 'coz they are suggested by Abarth company) so I think I'll buy some very soon but what only brakes me is the price, I heard that for Bilstein Shocks or springs I don't remember which ones but in Italy the price tag is about 650 € (brand new ones).
cerrystyle Check mk-fahrwerkstechnik.de, got mine for 550Euros +25E for DHL delivery, very good seller, fast and reliable. Can't find cheaper than this. Any quality tire will do the job like Bridgestone RE50, Hankook V12 EVO's or even KUMHO KU39.Just a personal feedback, at low speeds on my roads here ( very degraded, bricks pavements etc) it shakes the car more than i expected but in exchange it turns almost flat and,i gained 3 meters on a 100kph to 0.If you're looking for more comfort you can go Bilstein B6 with stock springs.
rudinhopsg Coliover 1.KW V3 is the one and only (more Racetrack) 2.Bilstein B14 (good strees and Racetrack) 3.AP (best quality-price ratio - good strees and Racetrack) Koni Sport Kit is good but not the best for the Racetrack. I bought it at night drunk with my friend. He said our fathers drive KONI - so we must also take KONI.
NordschleifenSLUT´S I actually think this is a fantastic lap. I am looking at buying either one of these or a Mito 155. Would love some advice from you.
