People who have acquired wealth do not spend money on a depreciating asset. They will buy used. They will not buy salvage. They will buy used, well maintained Toyotas and Lexus units. They will not buy Mercedes and BMW. Because they are expensive to repair, and drop in value. Most people driving high dollar cars are in debt up to their eyeballs. They are, as wr say in Texas all hat and no cattle. Broke people are broke, in many cases because they are too concerned with impressing other people, who do not even know they exist, and could care less.
Bought a clean title Cadillac 2009 DTS about 4 months ago, it just needed a good cleaning inside and out and a good shine. It had 141,000. I’ve driven almost 7K since I bought it after replacing a few wear and tire items. The car is in great shape, runs strong as ever and only bought it for $400(winning bid price). The car was donated by an old couple. So to keep it short they’re out there even if rare
that looks better with the black patina. the chrome looks out of place. you do not gauge value by what other people have as a price. you have to make a profit for your effort (work) or invest in other venues. i place value on a vehicle by how reliable the vehicle is, i want it to get me from a to b. i do not want it to leave me stranded. i want the ac to work. i do not care what others think. people who judge a person by what they drive are shallow. oweing 50 k on a car, which looses value every day is insane. you yelling does not help express your point. it makes you look desperate. Money is green on cotton paper. Cover your bases and do not turn it down. Do the right thing according to your moral compass.
A cvt is a belt driven transmission rather then a geared transmission bro you really don’t know what you talking about he said they don’t shift they glide no bro lmao the reason of the belt transmission is to make it less noticeable of a shift lmao which is trash
Don't say your cars don't break down. You don't know the history of the cars you get from the auction. Look at how you put them back together Mr. Ziptie man.
I worked for a very successful man who had a used car dealership. He sold a man a caravan that broke a timing belt less than a mile down the road The man got all his money back. I would never buy a vehicle from a used car lot or salvage peddler. Anyone as a dealer sells a car should use due dilligence to sell a decent vehicle. A buyer should do the same. That saying buyers are lyers holds true for most sellers/dealers as well. Most dealers are the equivalent of the snake in the parable of the snake who was saved by the girl.
I buy a car from someone and don’t get down the streee an you say you will give me half the money back yes that person won’t be able to make a RU-vid about it…
Yeah but Nissan is more known for having the stepper motor fail in the cvt transmission it’s a huge thing on Nissan you don’t see it with the others as much
HE EXACT N CORRECT I FIX CARS AND PPL DONT HAVE MONEY TO FIX THEIR CARS FOR WORK AND TO PICKUP THE KIDS… car ppl come up with the money to tinker with cars tho
Money is a finite entity. Having cars sitting on a lot costs somebody monies, whether that is the owner floorplanning their own cars, or an external agency providing that floorplan for a margin or fee. Every day a car sits on a lot costs somebody money. That money could be used in another form of investment to generate money. New car dealers pay a floorplan on every new unit on their lot every day they sit there. The new cars belong to the manufacturer until the minute they are sold to a customer. Selling salvage cars is a huge gamble. The floorplan is at a higher rate, because the cars are not as valuable to the system, the machine, on paper. If you as an owner are flooplanning them, they are a higher risk because they are difficult if nor impossible to finance from a traditional lender. You are going to need a cash buyer. The cash buyers are out there, but they will many times gravitate towards a clear title unit
9:08 DaimlerBenz merged with Chrysler to save them from bankruptcy. That made DaimlerChrysler. Chrysler never touched the Mercedes brand but the DaimlerBenz help create the Magnum, Charger, Challenger and 300.
