What blade will fit the OG Krake Raken V3 Handles with squid hardware, just bought blemished handle set and hardware from squid, they don’t sell only the blade as a individual item which sucks but I need to know out these clones which blade will fit best?
@@zkoknives yeah I do. I may check tomorrow. But I always thought the dollar store had random inventory. I'm in California and how our dollar stores sell everything for $1.25!
@@Human_Evolution- same here. They have batteries. Get baking soda there too. ACE or a hardware store for the copper wires and alligator clamps. You will need to get WINK if you mess up to take the anno off and start over.
I have more than 30 balis and this was the worst purchase I have ever made. It came with the worst tune I’ve ever seen, VERY undersized bushing. To make things even worse the maker Teflon taped the screws so much that I stripped both of the pivot screws and two wiha bits trying to open this thing. Also being that this is on g10 liners I can’t Imagine it would even hold a tune very well. I would not recommend this Bali to anyone. On a more positive note, I also just received a B+ 6061 Tanto kraken clone and I’m blown away. It flips so much better than my real kraken trainer and it was only $30!
I will agree on the first part but no way does a b+kraken compare in the smoothness than the OG. might feel that way at first but all my b+, the one, AS clones get major play in the handles. I would assume it the same across the board. If you scroll up you can check a mod video where i make the chimera clone 100% better and remove the g10 liners.
It flips well. The gap isnt that big and closed same as OG blade. I do think the chimera blade is slightly lighter than the nami blade. So makes it a little more handle bias. MAKE SURE both chimera and nami are bali plus. Blade swap works on both knives so you wont be stuck with a blade or handles that wont match up or work. 😊
@Zko Knives nice, I was thinking about modding it like this or with the baliplus tanto Kraken blade on my baliplus nami handle, do u know if that works?

What do you think the chances I could get one of these shipped into Canada since it’s illegal here? Thinking of getting one off DHGate but not sure if it’ll get through customs.
My OD Green Recon 1 is bad ass man! I got the newer model also! My first Recon 1 is the older model in black with the clip point but as soon as the od green became available in spear point, I ordered it!
