Con este show retrataron mejor que nadie lo que pasa cuando se juntan un par de cuñaos... Qué grandes, y cuántas risas me he echado con estos genios del humor absurdo
@@theglobaltop40retro52 That, and the Yellow Submarine has better voice doubles, and Jeremy Hillary Boob, Ph.D! I mean, I would like to see this cartoon be redone without looking like something out of the Jay Ward category.
Paul was part of the cast, but he didn't do all of the voices. Lance Percival was Ringo and Paul for example. Paul did George and John plus the narrator in this episode. Though I think Lance could had done the hermit as well.
I'd totally forgotten about this song until hearing it on an Australian TV Series last night. Didn't realise that the Beatles recorded it - did they also write it ?
Murray Head is so good here! He moves me always. I think he sings circles around Carl Anderson who played Judas in the film version. This whole recording is the best of any versions of JCS. I always wondered why they didn't use Head in the film. He was great in Sunday Bloody Sunday.
The Trinidad Singers on the backup were from Trinidad? I'm trying to find out and not finding anything maybe a youtube ol' basket was there and know something
What movie / soundtrack was Murray Head in? The play is my favorite and I listen to it and watch it often. Did Murray record the soundtrack and an actor play him in Andrew Loyd Webers film?
thats awesome good luck finding a place to listen to it. I remember when I got my first car in 1986. It was a 1970 cutlass and it had a 8 track player. I went to the local trading post / pawn shop / junk store and bought on 8 track led zeppelin, eagles, boston, ELO and blue oyster cult. I was so annoyed when the tape would click in the middle of the song and switch positions on the 8 tracks. Car dies and was cut up for its 350 in only a few months anyway..........I miss those days.
I'm going to be another person who had never seen this before, and I also love JCSS and Murray Head, I was posting the whole of the show to Facebook in roughtly the time frame of the Passion story. It's awesome, plus I dig his outfit. :)
Well, this was a surprise, Only hours before finding this video I had been watching a video of the Family Way from 1966 in which Murray Head plays the Brother of Hywel Bennett, Didn't Murray make a single called Treat Her Right in the 60's? I know it was covered by a few artists at this time.
