I honestly don't get why this comment section is full of grown men putting young girls down by saying that they don't understand or know classic rock music. Sure, there are girls like that - but to generalise every girl as a 'pop fan' and every boyfriend as a rock lover is a bit much. Even if many got introduced to classic rock by listening first to his pop, they at least did learn of it. At 14-15, all of my friends and I were hugely into rock music of the 60s-80s, and took immediately to John's virtuoso playing.
Does anyone happen to know what the actual last 7 whistle notes of the song are? Merely curious. Also, why are we body shaming Mariah? Come on folks, you’re better than that…
This is cool and all but ... yall shoulda seen stevie play it in the 80s .. it was life changing for me as a 14 year old boy .. I'm 49 now and I'll never forget it . These kids now dont know what they missed
Was not expecting to land on this. But glad I did. I have always respected his guitar playing, but this just makes me respect him. Well done. I can play this song and need to do more of it. If you are reading this break out that guitar.
