I fucking love how this nightmarish tank cyborg just silently shows up and glares ominously while V is basically arguing with herself. It's perfect comedy timing
The way smasher looks at Johnny after V starts mocking him is hilariously on character. He can't hear Johnny but he hears "Blah Blah Blah Arasaka, blah blah blah Mikoshi, blah blah Smasher." And he knows off pure instinct alone exactly which person V's talking.
Female V has a better VA in my opinion so that’s why i use her, but personally i see Male V as canon to main story and Female V canon to Phantom Liberty if that makes sense.
@@Luxan-yf4rv it's not officially canon. Pondsmith made up the scenario but it's not in any source books so it kinda teeters the line. I think it's up to the individual to take it as canon or not. I believe it. Adam's a freak, I could see him tolerating, maybe even enjoying having a newly 18 y/o gf, the creep.
that kid infront always stands there in that scene - in my case there was a shopping cart too so it stood inside it. together with the intentional glitches a perfect experience ^^ i was actually very immersed.
If V was ever afraid of Smasher in the story , this could have been an easy way of jumpscaring him/her with big funny metal man (something like the disappearing cyberpsyco from that maelstromer ritual)
V never knew Smasher (which is surprising, since anyone who's Edgerunning in NC should know Smasher even at a low level) - so ironically they had no fear of him nor understanding of how frightening he's supposed to be when they killed him in Arasaka
