@Sabian Cymbals, thanks for posting, could I please ask what type of cymbals is on his left side in between the 17" Effeks and Splash Cymbal? He played it Ride/Crash every now and then. Thank you.
I was at Dom’s 70th birthday party. One month before he passed away. 😢 I’m still reeling from that party as it was the last time I saw him in person! Rip my friend Dom!
Ledger is an awesome drummer. I will see her October 5th in Houston. Would love to get a drumstick from her. I'd display it beside the drumstick I got from Shannon Larkin this past February 😂❤
I’m young, and I recently discovered Skillet and I’m obsessed. I’m going into high school and I play the Alto Saxophone and I sing pretty much every song I know, and recently I’ve had like 6 Skillet and Ledger songs living in my head. I’m walking around and realized I’m humming a song, and any time I go out, I have an earbud in listening to Skillet and Ledger. Jen has quickly become my favorite drummer and made me fall even more in love with music.
It’s sad to see these guys so utterly burnt out in their playing,Demonstrating these cymbals.I think the only fresh playing came from the Dave weckl demo.
This is totally awesome! Great stuff...I was in the SCV cymbal for a 'minute' in 1976, my rookie year, before I got moved to bass. All I can remember is we did full crashes, crash chokes and hi hat (holding the cymbals parallel to the ground, and imitating a tight hi hat sound--like a drum set player would do with their foot). Keep up the great work folks!
@Sabian Cymbals, thanks for posting the video, could I please ask which Legacy model/ type cymbals are his ride and crash cymbals? Thank you and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
And here we are, 6 yrs. later, and Sabian has long since abandoned these cymbals. Why, you ask? It's very simple. No one is going to pay the same full price for cymbals that make less sound than those that project more. It was a ridiculous idea. Sabian learned from this, and they've created the Stratus Line of cymbals that make so much more sense.
