I used Hypnotherapy to prepare for the birth of my son. We started it at 5 months and I can tell you that I had zero.pain. None. I gave birth to him in France and both midwives were amazed at how calm I was. I could literally tell them "hold on, I'm going into a contraction and be right back" and then come out of it and be like "so what were you saying?" It works and I am now revisiting this as I have a chronic illness and want to utilize the power of the mind to heal.
