At least 7 hours for a healthy brain. You may not feel bad after sleeping 6, but either way your brain is almost certainly deprived. And it'll show as depression, lethargy, irritability, concentration issues etc. And for every 1 h of sleep you lose you need 2 to make up for it. So some people never really make up for the lost sleep. Most people think about a healthy body and organs, but forget the most important organ, your brain. Our brains are literally all we have. Our memories, our personalities, everything is there. A sick brain sickens the mind and eventually the body.
Yes yes yes! I’m 48 and I take medial cannabis for chronic pain. I have CRPS in 3 limbs and I’m going through menopause and my hot flashes are horrible but cannabis at bed time…i sleep like a big fat hairy baby…😂❤
How is a group of symptoms not indicative of some sort of condition. The brain fog stems from something. Surgeon’s are not the same as neurologists but sir I do appreciate all the lives you’ve saved and all of the people you have helped. With all due respect doctors are humans and they do not know or understand everything.
@@latoya5026she’s wrong, I spoke to a doctor recently and all these things do increase risks of breast cancer. I have breast cancer in my family and it’s well known facts from all the different doctors to avoid all these things
@@delpicsla65 Doctors can have opinions not backed by science. I know a doctor who claims that chiropracty is a real form of medicine that can cure many diseases. Again, I say, prove it.

Worked for me! I had this wart for years, went to the doctor to freeze it and got dr.schools home kit. Turns out the cheapest option ends up working lol
@@grzegorzjanicki4483 I soaked a cotton ball in ACV then band-aided it on the wart ( it was on my pinky). It pretty much like fell off, I forgot how long it took but it was less than an hr
How do those things look on that type of image? When you state something like: "don't do x because of y reason". At least display what it would look like..... So... I typed the above statement before remembering that this clip in about a medical image of a breast and ofcourse that can't be shown on youtube. So, yeah... Ignore me.
I've had a wart come and go on and off after removing it, it kept coming back. Today after it uprooted and left a crater in my hand, I thought to myself this is my chance to sear the flesh crater and cauterize it once and for all. I'll let you know if it ever comes back or how successful it was.
Castor oil does this way better? I would not use this just get some castor oil. I had 10 warts on my hands and cast oil made them go away, and I had them for three years.
