You mentioned being the only one with a 4N1 Harley Rake bucket but McLaren & IDIGTEXAS have had this out got 3 or 4 years. The real question is whats the cost?
I had the unfortunate opportunity of owning one of these for about a week. After the first bucket of material I picked up, I knew this bucket had some major design flaws. Firstly, the bucket did not fit on the machine very well. I have a Cat 259d3 with a cab. The quick attachment mount sits so high on the bucket that you can’t put the arms on the ground with the bucket flat. If you want to put the bucket flat on the ground your arms need to be about 8” off the ground. This makes it impossible to get in and out of a machine with a cab. The manufactures recommendation was to detach the bucket from the machine when needed …🤦♂️ The second major issue is the gap in the back near the drum is big enough where loose 0:49 material falls out the back. If you are trying to pickup any sort of topsoil, asphalt millings, or gravel you can’t because it will all fall out before you get to where you need to spread it. The manufacture recommended that I bolt on a rubber cutting edge onto the back to keep material from falling out. I don’t know why Iron Craft would make a product that they have to turn around and modify to make usable. The only use I could see for this unit is grabbing something with the clam shell or pulverizing something with the soil conditioner. Outside of those two things this bucket is worthless. If you’re in the landscaping business you will have a hard time finding a practical use for this bucket.
I have a 6' 1206 and ive all but completely destroyed it using it to whip some neglected land that we recently purchased back into shape. It held up pretty good. Im mostly at fault for the damage but it could have been built a little better where the tractor arms pin to the cutter. Once i backed unto an unseen massive log in tall grass it buckled and once you get a bend there it just continues to get worse. 😭
I'm not questioning the quality, I'm asking a genuine question. Iron Craft says brush up to 1.5" diameter, 2" on this particular machine, but the weight etc. indicates a pretty substantial piece of equipment. Other brands throw around the words SUPER and Heavy Duty with 3 and 4 inch claims, with a lighter machine weight. Is Iron Craft under estimating, or are other brands highly over estimating?
I'm a dealer for CID/Ironcraft. You guys need to post more video of it cutting larger material if you going to say it cuts up to 7". I do like how you cut grass because a lot of customers ask about that but they also want to see you cutting 2" to 4" material along with the grass. I know you have other videos but do one cutting both together.
Ah great question! Unfortunately, there is no easy way grease that, some folks actually make a hole in the shield and others remove the shield then reinstall.
Just bought a lightly used Ironcraft (Titan Implement) 4406 blade with all the 4300 features, plus five offset swing adjustments. Best, most versatile blade made. Will use with my like new, one owner 1954 Ferguson TO-30 tractor.
Just ordered one of these Ironcraft PHD's from my Kioti dealer along with an Ironcraft 3206 box blade. Looks like good stuff and I like the heavier weight compared to other units. Can't find much in the way of reviews on them though, guess I'll have to post something once I get some hours on them. If they work out well my next item from Ironcraft will be a UM-72 tiller...
I just ordered one of these with a 12" auger. Couldn't find a single review on the internet, sure hope it is a good one. That ground looks super soft, my soil is hard and full of rocks!
That is so naive... There are countless nature reserves and sanctuaries to make sure our Forrest in America aren't disseminated, also mother nature is responsible for wiping out more plant and animal lives throughout time then man could ever do, but destruction isn't the end as it breeds life and gives rise to the chance for other organisms to thrive and flourish. Nature in and of itself is violent and chaotic, not peace and harmony.

@@Anthem070 As titillating as this is I fear it will go on forever, I stand by my initial reply to your woes of a sampling being cut down. But I will say again, destruction is never the end. Just because we may not witness it in our lifetimes doesn't mean something is gone forever.
@0:24, Just above that roller cylinder there is some sort of metal plate shield. It's bent/dinged up pretty bad before the paint is really scratched. That's not good.
Hello, Good catch. That is a metal plate that controls the flow of material through the opening. On our Power Rake, we use a heavy-duty rubber edge to achieve the same goal, however, due to the extreme nature of this product we built this edge out of high-quality steel. It is still a maintenance item but should last for years even in extreme applications. Hope that answers the questions.
