Hello , I hope you are gradually recovering your health 💪. Regarding the topic of the words we use: English is not my native language, as my native language is French because I am of French nationality 🇫🇷. Gradually and patiently, I am studying English (in case life leads me to English-speaking countries for my future...), so it's an option I’m working on.
Communication, as you said, is a really key thing in all kinds of expressions of art and culture of the human beings. Using sophisticated words can ameliorate the impression that you give to people. My advice are to read and learn an another language. 1 Reading can ameliorate the fluency and can make you learn new things ( at the moment I'm reading "War and Peace" by Lev Tolstoy and I really recommend this book) 2 Learning a new language also can improve the fluency in your mother language. Always remember that intellectual activity can improve the neuronal work, a key thing in human beings.
We have to choose wisely the people that can be around us. Jim Rohn once said we are the average between the 5 persons we frequent the most. The people determine the way we act, we feel and think. The instinct of finding friends born when the ancient man built society for survival. Now society has changed and also the reasons for finding friends have changed, so it's very common for people to abandon you, especially if there isn't a crucial reason. It's important to pass through this moments and understand that you are not the problem. If you do this your heart will be ready to welcome new people.

Great content and very encouraging. About ASMR, honestly for me you're one of the people whose voice induce ASMR even without intending to do so. Maybe because you have inner peace or because you sound genuinely caring about your audience. About the microphone, it was great. I just think one of the channels (left or right channel) hasn't been active. It played on just one of my speakers.

It's true, there is a moment in life when we must face our fears and our doubts (manifesting through our thoughts as "parasitic waves"), and gather our courage to take the step to be able to do the experience of a specific improvement in our life path. The human being is fundamentally created (= designed) to evolve towards a more perfected version of himself... We were therefore not created to be sick, poor and unhappy... IN TRUTH we were created to to be in good health, to be in abundance (in prosperity, because there is no harm in being rich, as long as our wealth is used for our good and the good of humanity), and finally to to live in peace, in happiness, to have the love (sincere and true) of a family, of true friends (who will be there to support us in our successes as well as in our trials) and to have our life partner (with whom we will be able to commit in the long term: this is what fundamentally gives value to the sacred bond of marriage, because we do not marry "just anyone", for stupid reasons... Like Adam (in the bible), "each Adam" (= man) must find "his Eve" (a woman that life has predestined for him and specially designed for him... I hope this message makes sense to you. 1 The life path (more or less difficult) that we gradually experience shapes our character traits and our personality. Either we stagnate in the caterpillar (larva) state or we transform and evolve into a butterfly. 2 To achieve greater mastery of one's emotions, one must also have achieved a great tolerance for solitude (mainly interior solitude, which is totally independent of exterior solitude, because one can feel alone (while in appearance we are surrounded by people). In theory it seems affordable... However, VERY FEW people can apply it in practice. Examples: the fear of loneliness can make us act like fools, (whether it is “begging” for our friendship) or whether it is choosing toxic friendships, or choosing a romantic partner (example: women who out of fear of loneliness, does not hesitate to stay with men who mistreat them psychologically (and sometimes even physically) and who yet despite this mistreatment still remains "with their tormentor". And at this level of evolution a fundamental question can arise: Where to draw this strength, what is this fundamental selfless Love? Where to find this fundamental and selfless Love? (= which we could also call "divine Love") 3 Indeed we must avoid blaming others (because each person, depending on their life path, have (more or less) a certain notion of good and evil, which can differ in relation to our education (concept of good and evil) Example: the notion of good and evil for a non-believer will be different to that of a believer who believes in a certain notion of God... Nevertheless, this notion of good and evil exists in the fundamental consciousness of man. Example: A young child (even without having learned this at school) has a certain (instinctive) notion of good and evil (this law of "divine justice") therefore seems to be inscribed in his mind, in his heart, in his DNA), because even if he cannot put into words, words about what he feels, he knows instinctively when he commits evil (against another person), and when a person outside of him hurts him... I hope this message makes sense to you. I tried to express it as authentically as possible (without restraint, with the spontaneity that characterizes me).
