It would be better if you could put up a picture of each pattern on the screen so that we can see them as they are too far away from the camera to see them.
I love this series! The asymmetrical day is so cool! Thank you for the videos. I've been sewing for 30 years and didn't know so much of what you taught in these videos. Thank you!
Thanks a lot for your nice and kind information. Unfortunately my English is probably not good enough to sew a pattern. I have zero problems with knitting, but sewing in English would be the first time. Nevertheless it is great to get an overview. And of course there are a lot of tutorials here on RU-vid. So maybe…. Nevertheless your recommendations were really helpful. Thank you💕
Thank you for this tutorial. It really helps take the mystery out of Style Arc patterns, which I'm new to and find the scant instructions challenging. Your print is beautiful.
I've really enjoyed your analysis and suggestions over the past 10 weeks - Sewing Bee is a great inspiration to sewers - I've loved seeing your fabric and pattern ideas. Thankyou for making these videos - they are appreciated.😎❤
Thank you Diane for another helpful tutorial. I now know how the dress is constructed namely the binding and no zip. You do the sewing in such a stress free manner that it would encourage lots more people to sew this lovely pattern. I also think it looks nicer in the drapey fabric. I would only make one constructive point, which may help less experienced sewers and that is to iron every seam after it is sewn, especially in sleeves. I think you only did this after sewing the side seams. Best wishes. Jx
This is a cute walk down modern European/American costuming options. I love the fabric demos, too. Kudos. I’m tracing the Camisole from #203 and have pulled the Empire Dress as a possible sew, after a quickie chemise. Three cheers for great summer patterns. And a hat! (The complaints about the big band music make me laugh, it is VERY on trend with most of the patterns highlighted. 👍👍)
Thanks for your Sewing Bee round ups for the past 10 weeks. It’s been fantastic to watch you both and get your take on the makes and contestants. The BBC should hire you both to do a follow up show like Extra Slice!
