Is there anything I can do more with my situation- my wife petitioned me back in 2022 as a greencard holder. She got her US Citizenship last january. She already tried to expedite but was denied because they said it did not pass the categories given for expedite. But we were told that ours can be expedited because she is now a US citizen. My Philipina girl friend has lived in the US as a citizen since she was 17, now she's 66. She found out she has breast cancer and starts her chemo tomorrow. My girl friend is on medical leave, and did work 40 hours but she makes 15 something hour. I just learned about humanitarian parole just yesterday. How do we get her here asap? Hi, Sir please reply If the mistake was made by department of state in classification of visa category and the applicant could not seek to acquire in the one year because of his previously assigned category, and nvc did not allow to take action due to wrong category and if the applicant cspa age could freeze in 3 years ago if he had been given the chance to submit ds-260 back in 2021 , so the whether counsellor officer will look at this circumstances and he will consider the previous final action date before retrogression. Because these circumstances were not made by the applicant himself even he has to wait for many years due to wrong assigned category.

I have a few questions. 1) What determines your dates for adjustment of status? For the example above, does it mean that I can be considered for I-485 adjustment of status if I filed may I-130 petition before 15 June 2024? or is 15 June 2024 the latest date I can apply for I-485? 2) Haven't started the petitioning process but what happens if I apply for petition after 15 June 2024? When will they release the next priority dates? Is it better to petition ASAP or are the advantages of waiting for a priority date to be released?
Hello Sir, for this applicant visa category F2A which is current, the priority (08NOV21) is before the date (15NOV21) on the June 2024 and August 2024 visa bulletin chart. When the applicant made inquiries. The applicant was informed by USCIS that they are waiting for the priority date to become current before approving the applicant I485. The applicant has completed an interview since Jan 2023 and submitted I-693 as requested. Why is USCIS still pending the applicant's approval? Is there anything the applicant can do now? What do you think you could advise the applicant?

Hello I would appreciate your help and suggestions regarding my case. To provide context, I graduated recently with a master's degree and applied for my EAD card on March 12, 2024. My OPT start date was June 17, 2024, and my case was approved on March 31, 2024. The card was produced on June 14, 2024, three days before the OPT start date. However, I have not yet received the physical EAD card via USPS, even though it has been one month and fifteen days since its production. I have contacted both USCIS and USPS and raised an E-enquiry on the USCIS portal regarding the missing EAD card, but I have not received any substantial information. I am concerned about the unemployment days accumulating since June 17, 2024, as F1 OPT students have a 60-90 day unemployment limit. Can you please help me out?

Hi great channel w/ so much info! Quick question: I’m LPR and applied for spousal green card for my Canadian spouse. So, pending I-130 - PD date is May 2/24. He currently lives here and I am on re-entry permit in Canada w/ him. As a Canadian, can’t he just enter USA lawfully and we can adjust status for him? Does this not pertain to if you applied via consular processing. Please clarify as I am very confused! 😅
