Yes, there is enough room to get the dory out. Steven started building it in December. He says he'll be finished the end of June. I hope it's sooner so I can take visitors on seafaring trips around the islands of St. Margaret's Bay, have picnics on Lukes or Troups Island and even treasure hunts. Anxious to get started. Steven will be lobstering with Wayne Manuel of Peggy's Cove for the month of May which is the reason he may not be finished till the end of June.
third banstead probably means nothing to you, question why a well for the out board I think it will prove problematical a lift on lift off gunwale mount might serve better.

He can listen to me singing When the Plane Touches Down in Deer Lake if he would like to. I know this song off by heart and it took me only about a week to learn it. I can sing it with or without music Isings it at out Senior's 50+ Club . Please tell Hayden that I loves his singing and music ❤
